Where did those two come from?

I would say it is all just chance.

I think we would need to know what we would be doing before knowing who could lead. Such as knowing which mini-game it would be held in so we could find the best user for the job. I personally would prefer castle wars first as I could help organise people (even though I would probably not play). But I also think I'd like to wait for more responses here before saying anything that might sound like a guarantee we will get involved. I'm also sure the TET would like to get involved but I'm not sure how much they like to share organisation with other fan-sites.

If you do plan on trading the Wii in and getting a 360, I'd suggest going for older 360 games than newer ones as you should be able to get a fair amount for not much. I'd suggest the bigger games such as GTA4, Gears of war and mirrors edge come to mind as they should be very cheap now. If your into racing games Race driver: Grid and Dirt2 should be fairly cheap by now too.

Not a fan of your forum structure at all, I don't think it lends itself well to discussions. I think you would be better off discussing it on a full forum like ours or another fan sites. As to the event, Tip.It has had strong performances in the MSSW's so If we could find some users here who would strongly lead I can see people being interested.

I would love valve to have its announcement be a totally new engine and the full sequel to the source engine. But I can't see that happening for a long time because of their frequent updates.

In the UK the majority of people drive manual and automatic's are much rarer. I think it may be to do with the side of the car we drive on. I find it much easier to control the car with my right arm while changing gear with the left as I'm right handed. I would assume this is true for many people. However, i feel much less confident controlling the car with just my left hand, which I would have to do if the car were American.

Ugh why do people take these labels to heart so much. They are meant to be a way of definining a broad genre, not tiny differences between bands. Heck we may as well remember the names of the bands as they all seem to want their own genre. Any music where the 'singer' screams is screamo.

Even though the law is not as clear cut as that, I agree the boarding initially was illegal. However, what annoys me is that people seem to defend the actions of those on board the ship after the boarding and disregard the morality of the boarding itself. Two wrongs do not make a right. Just because I get pulled over by the police if I have done nothing wrong does not give me the right to grab a crowbar and whack the officer, grab a knife and stab him in the stomach and then try to grab his gun does it? Both parties handled the situation horribly, but giving sympathy to the 'peacekeepers' is pathetic as they were just as much in the wrong as the Israeli's.

If Israel has the balls to do the same thing I'm not sure they will ever recover in the public eye. Even if no one gets hurt, because it would show they learned nothing. If they do it in Israeli waters this time I want to see how the media covers it, if they cover it at all.

Unfortunately the G.E took out a majority of the need for them. They used to be perfect for getting those hard take make items or things that took time, but now we have the G.E there isn't as much demand.

I think the British system works well. We have the representative government (although the voting system does need some changing) and a nice touristy Monarchy. Instead of what was originally in place with the government there to keep the Monarchy in check and stop them doing wild things, it has kind of changed into the other way around. The monarchy is well placed to stop the government going over the top and for example declaring war on random countries.

To be honest I'm not sure what republicanism is supposed to represent and mean. Is it basically conservatism? Edit: I've never really liked labelling myself as having one view. My opinions on different subjects change, I'm all over the shop. Sometimes my opinion can change from one day to the next.

I don't get that quote one bit. It would be exactly the same situation with exactly the same response? I really dislike how people label these guys as defenceless, they were wrestling guns from the military and hitting them with metal bats! They were idiots and brought it upon themselves.

We have some of the strictest gun laws in the world so I don't think they need anything major, just some small tinkering such as what hobgoblin said.

I would personally keep the cash as it is for a safe option. Investing in a non-rare can seem tempting but it only takes one update to turn the economy on it's head and we go into deflation.

Could also mean they wish to keep an update in their pocket just in case something does get delayed and they have something they can put in instead.

I'm still holding reservations about the BTS. It seems glossy and nice now, but I remember how it was before if they missed an update by a week or held something back. The amount of flames they got if something got delayed was unbelievable, couple that with people speculating about updates from a few words and getting totally the wrong end of the stick and ranting too when the update wasn't what they had made it to be was annoying as hell. I can still see the same few people are going to rant about every update as it comes just as much as they did before. But I will hold on and hope still.
