I'm sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about, and it infuriates me to no end when people assume that tip.it sucks up to Jagex. The rules here have always been that we respect the Runescape rules and will remove anything that violates them, yet we get called out for sucking up to them because of this list? We have taken no hit in revenue by the advert change so it would have been idiotic not to do it. But yet somehow we are still sucking up? There is a huge difference between being smart and respectful and what we always seem to get accused of. *end of rant* OT: It's nice to know we are platinum now, I don't think we were informed of this (Or at least admins haven't told us), and it should give us a nice little bit of advertising.

I don't understand you one bit. Where is this time 5 coming from? People wanted to sell them before the update for 75k they could sell them for 75k. People probably did sell them for 75k once in a while to a desperate buyer every so often. How on earth does this mean that they would have had to be 400k? They would have been 75k as said?

I don't get that one bit? D boots are over 60k g.e and I can trade them without using junk? Rune boots are more than these but I don't value those at 500k? I don't get how this 400k street price assumption is made.

Mod mark said the people would have been able to sell them or the same price anyway, with just more hassle. Boots were 2 gp each at sherpa. Jagex's reasoning was that the odd player would buy them for maybe 50k from other players when desperate maybe once a month so they must be worth that? I've bought tinderboxes from other players for quests for 20k each when in need, this doesn't mean they should change the price of them now does it?

Well I personally know of somebody with over 7k in the G.E so mark's statement earlier was a full lie. I don't see why they didn't just change all the current boots to the un-tradeable quest version instead.

Weve changed the animations for all of the Strike, Bolt, Blast, Wave and Surge spells (for all four elements). These spells now use some of the game engine's newer features such as particles, and have updated sound effects to accompany them. Pics please!

Well we are trying a new stricter system in the screenshots sticky in General discussions were a lot of trolling took place. If that works then we may roll it out to other sections or threads if needed. But the big thing we need is that users report users instead of replying and making things worse. Don't expect somebody else to have reported something. If it isn't reported, there is a good chance it will not be dealt with.

I agree with this completely. That is the whole point of Runescape and business in general. You don't make a game that has already been done 100 times.

I would agree pre-gravestones but the risk now days at a majority of bosses risk is minimal. With planning, apart from Godwars and DK's, even somebody soloing can lose nothing by death. It is even safer if other players are friendly enough to bless your grave or you go with a team. The PVP drops also need a lot of tweaking, with a system which has long been suggested by many people of not giving drops over that of the value a person is carrying.
