I see your point... but the reason it's effect is so bad is because it technically has the best bonuses in the game. Combined with a Whip and a Crystal Shield/D Square, it can beat alot of powerful things. Basically, I don't think Jagex made Torag's armour to use his effect, but to used with other things, they just added the Hams because they needed to give Torag a special effect.

I've meet alot of people claiming them to be rarer rares than Phats xD

I agree with Loge, I've gotten 300k Strength xp in day with a D Scimmy against experiments, the only probelm is that it's kinda crowded at times. And they don't drop anything except bones, but the ridicuously easy xp makes up fot it.

A have a question... if your Magic was 99, and you used a Magic pot, would it go to 103 temporarily, or just stay the same?

Because of the Dogs, there are no safe spots... but it is possible to get where the dogs can't get to you for a while.
