This idea is stupid, you're an idiot, I'm not a scammer, and a zero tolerance policy wouldn't help because I've seen a lot of people wrongfully reported.

No rares as there would be no pre-existing items. EDIT: I mean no items that were on our rs2 accounts would be carried over. Off topic: is it just me or are these forums moving fairly slow today? If accounts aren't carried over.... about 90% of the players will quit. The only thing I liked in that list was no Barrow's repairs but cost the price of Barrows would rise. If account's aren't carried over and rares aren't, everybody who bought a rare will quit because they'd be out millions.

I still consider Old to have max 99, seeing as how he can't level up anymore. And gratz Cyrano.

I don't have much of a post count, but I've always used forums and I believe in post count. It can intimdate (I've seen someone on an anime forum that has 23,000+ post (no life what so ever -_-) and he's a really nice guy.) I agree with the quality over quantity, but we all like to see that we just got our 1000th post.

Umm... you don't log in until you load the world. So how would Runescape know that you're lvl 126 if your not logged in yet!? I think it's a test world personally, but there's also the possibility of World 0 still, only being able to access it if you know the specific address, and only able to log in if you're a Jagex tester/admin.
