Ouch. Nookie, what a horrible song. "I did it all for the nookie, so you can take that cookie and cram it up your [wagon]". Come on..

Hah, the local crazy's. I'll see if I can take a picture of mine tomorrow! He always comes to my store saying I'm a Christian, and we see trough other people! "They can't fool us! We see trough them all! Jesus Christ is our saviour!"

Yea. It would be nice if TS would say what he considers to be pop music. When I think of pop music Metal is included as well. I believe that there are three categories of music. You've got classical music, jazz music and pop music. And within every category there are a lot of genres. But I don't think you (TS) thinks the same way I do, so please give us your definition of pop-music.

Since when is there a need for LP?

Sorry, Poop, but that's just nonsense. Why is the musicianship of Metal musicians better than that of 'any other genre' in the world. I really don't understand you guys. Why do you always have to do "my favorite genre is better than your favorite genre" fight. It's so pointless, and I can't see why some people just don't see that, how many times must we keep telling you guys. And that's the way it always goes here. You guys keep recycling your worthless opinions. "Metal is so good because it's better than pop music because all the other people like pop music and the metal muscians are better than any other genre out there". Start thinking for yourself, instead of yelling the contentless opinions of your classmates. And if it's yourself thinking up these insane statements, grow up a little bit (nothing personal or directed at you only, Poopie). This goes for the people who like rap music and diss everything that's not rap as well. And for any other worshipper of any other musical genre or category.

Metal is pop music as well. And before this 'discussion' can be held, I think you're the one that needs to be a bit more, how do you say it, 'musically matured'.

Thank for informing us. You will be missed! Have a good week! :)

You're Butters! Hoodalalee! Cute and innocent, you almost always have a good time. You find pleasure in the small things, and that's good, considering you live in a piss and white-bread redneck mountain town. However, you're young-ness often puts you under everyone else's control and you have a hard time standing up for yourself. Oh, hamburgers. Butters 92% Stan Marsh 67% Jimmy 67% Kyle Broflovski 58% Eric Cartman 58% Shelly 50% Kenny McCormick 42% Timmy 33% Tweak 33% Okay.

It is because you said that everything now sounds the same. And I wondered if you thought that there weren't any other bands in that period than those you mentioned that might sound the same as the ones you mentioned. It really isn't that hard to name a few handfull of modern day bands that don't sound the same. Maybe you haven't heard enough modern day bands/solo artists. And yes, a band trying to sound like the Beatles but weren't goot enough. They came at the right time with the right sound, they basically 'invented' the sound. Now you wouldn't think that there were a few bands trying to imitate them for succes? But they just couldn't pull it off? Just like you've got bands trying to imitate other music nowadays. You could always change the Beatles for another band of course. It was just an example.

I always find comments like this a bit weird. Well, of course music from the 80s isn't the same as the music from the 60s. You do realize that you're comparing a period of 20 years full of music to 'modern day music', right. And it's not like they only made interesting music in those periods. There's just as much crap in the 60s as there is now. Or do you think those twelve (? maybe thriteen) bands you just mentioned where the only bands that made music in that period of 20 years. Don't you think there would be another let's say 10 bands trying to sound like let's say The Beatles? But they just didn't survive time, because they weren't good enough. Same goes for modern day music; there's a ton of bands trying to sound like Coldplay, but how many of them do you think will be listened to in 20 years time? Exactly.

From CD. Mostly under a pair of headphones only listening to music (so doing nothing else). But I don't mind having something 'lighter' on the background while browsing the world wide web. Sometimes I have some 'heavy' (emotionally heavy, not as in rough instrumentals) music on while doing things on the computer, but it's not the same, although sometimes I get a bit carried away, but never all the way. It always saddens me a bit, when you see all those people listening to music on the pc. I wonder how much people on here actually take time to really listen to their music. I'm sure there are some, but I think most of our generation just consumes their music rather than taking the time for it. Or am I completely mistaken on this? And to the people who mostly listen to music on their PC while doing something else. Why do you that? Is there a reason that you are doing this? Or is it just out of a habit?

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - O'Malley's Bar I never really get 'inspired' by music. I listen to it, recognize and enjoy it's beauty, or I don't recognize it. But it never makes me, let's say, paint something or so.

Will pes7 come for ps2 as well? :P

You've got special packs here in Holland now. You get a PS3, 2 games of your choice and an extra controller. For ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì600,--. That's a pretty good deal already, considering a a game is ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì65,-- till ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì70,-- and a controller is ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì50,-- and those are always two things that you'll buy when you're getting a console. This makes the ps3 only ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì25,-- more expensive than a 360 with two games of choice and an extra controller. And then you've got a blue ray player, which really is a fantastic future (don't know if you ever saw a blu-ray DVD on a full HD screen, but it leaves a normal DVD very far behind) and a hard-disk that's three times as big, and there's already lots of great download games and that second life looks like an amazing feature as well. From what I've seen the things you can do online are great as well, and you don't need to pay ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì60,-- a year for it. If I had the money for it I'd get one right away. I know I'd use it more than my Wii, which has been dis-connected most of the time since I completed Zelda. I only use it when I'm going to play it with some friends. I use my PS2 nearly every day.

Neil Young - Love in mind 8. Donald [bleep]en - New Frontier 9. 10. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - Into my arms That would be my compilation album. These are not my 10 favorite tracks by the way. Just good tracks that would make a nice compilation together.

 That is probably the most poorly promoted movie ever. Haha, you'd expect a live action version of Pocahontas, but you couldn't be more wrong. :D It's exceptionally good, but you've got to know what you're up for. Yea, Satenza. I don't mind other actresses, but those two, brr. They just get my blood boiling. :P

You like to hear music to 'chill' to so you're going to listen to Eminem and the Beastie Boys...That doesn't make sense to me. Listen to the album Black Star, which is by Talib Kweli and Mos Def, but them together are called Black Star as well. And although they are black, they won't bite you...

His name is Hellhammer? Wow.

Haha, Undercover Brother, hilarious. I had to moan for weeks before my friends wanted to rent it. It was great. :P Something I personally hate with a passion is Eden. It doesn't happen often that I really get angry at the movie because it sucks so incredibly hard, I really wanted to break something while watching it. Another one I couldn't stand was Little Miss Sunshine, and what about other 'arty' [cabbage] like Morir en San Hilario or Vers le Sud (bah, I hate movies made for woman that passed their 50s but still think they're hot). But then again, I hate nearly everything that's made in France that stars Isabelle Huppert or Charlotte Rampling. Yuck.

Joke? I've had a listen to some of their stuff and I wouldn't really call it metal. It's all ambient eerie stuff. Anyone got some good tracks to start off with? I wouldn't know, I never heard them. But man, they look heavy! Don't you agree?
-
Dimmu Borgir of course. It really doesn't get much better.

Alright, must've mistaken you with somebody else that wiki was a bad source for information. My bad, sorry.

Weren't you the guy that said that you should wiki numbers with a pinch of salt? But you're using the numbers given by nextgenwars.com...
