  1. If you take time and care for your music Vinyl is the way to go of course. Besides, it sounds better than a CD or an MP3. I got nothing with MP3. Vinyl or CDs for me. But I tend to go for CD's, because I haven't got a player for Vinyl myself. Maybe when I earn some more. It really is better and cooler. An MP3 player is very easy for traveling though. When I'm sitting in the train I see all those people with an Ipod carrying all the music they own. And then there's me, with five CD's (because you can't take more) and a discman, cosntantly switching when the record's done playing. It's a lot of work, and really annoying when it's bussy in your coupe.
  2. I don't really like Fiddy's cover either. But that West one is ugly as sin. And I don't like the Teddy Bear approach either. The first two Teddy Bear albums were alright (although I never been a fan of them) since they were real time. But this drawn one is really yuck. I just don't really like the powerpuff girlish style. Sorry.
  3. To be honest I like the Fiddy album cover better. :P The Kanye West one really is horrible. Huu.
  4. She's all I need and more. And I'd love to come in her (<-- just the lyrics of the song. It's a metaphor for friendship or something). The beat is great though.
  5. Have you both been living under a rock? She's Jay-Z's misstres. She's hot...And more important for you Nadril.... She plays the X-box 360! :o click Yumm. @LP: not everybody who makes music you don't like is in it for the money. Neither is everybody who's music on MTV. Well, they're in it for the money, but not only.
  6. I bet Fiddy is going to get himself converted to the Islam and get back under a different name. Just like Cat Stevens.
  7. No, I just needed something to kill some time before I went to the beach.

  12. Yea, how great was Captain N. <4 OT: Aaltra
  13. Haha, really? :P Well, especially for you then: The second movie about Capote. And this one aims for the same period of his life as the previously released Capote from 2005. They've also been made in the same period (both companies didn't know this), but this one got released later (because two movies of the same subject at the same time would be a bit too much, and sony is a major company so theyt went first). The big difference between the two movies is that Capote was based on a biografy, and Infamous is based on a book full of interviews with friend and foe of Truman Capote. So this is another book adaptation, and the funny thing is that this movie, like Capote's "In Cold Blood" doesn't value the truth too much. Things are exaggerated and they even added interviews with Harper Lee, while those were never in the book. All to give a better view of the man. The movie follows the same path as Capote, but the movie is less bleak, and while it unfolds they other movie got a bit 'whiny', this one stays genuinely interesting. Maybe that's because they cut the movie at some moments to show short interviews from the book (all the people interview are actors/actresses no archive material or somethign). Then you could also go to compare Hoffman's preformance to the Jones one, but I think both did equally good. The supporting cast, which mainly consits of stars, delivers an excellent job as well, and I think this was the first time that I didn't want to strangle Sandra Bullock. recommended. :P Last night I couldn't sleep very well. That was because I was sleeping at 8 already, so I woke up at 00:00, and I couldn't sleep anymore. While I was super tired. So I decided to put on a DVD, and I heard that Toni was incredibly boring, so I put that on in hope that I fell asleep while watching it. But how wrong was that! Instead of boring, time flew by and this was an incredibly interesting movie. You can see it as one of the bigger influences for the neo realism that would be perfected in the 40s by our Italian friends. And allthough the print wasn't the best I've ever seen the shots are extremely stylish. You can also really see Renoirs signature on how he portrays his characters, so much love, only Renoir could do that. And the ending of the movie is brilliant, you could almost play it in a loop. Time flew quick, and after the movie I slept like a baby. Who could ask for more.
  14. I'm a person. Not a music genre. :?
  15. Knees, and boobs, I don't really like big ones though.
  16. I haven't posted much because I didn't feel like translating everything from Dutch to English. Saw Infamous yesterday, and for a change I decided to post this in Dutch. Let's see what you make of it. :P I'll only say that it's a good movie and that it's recommended. Infamous - De tweede film over Capote.
  17. I really enjoyed the first one. The second one I didn't like as much. Mainly because, in my opinion, Greengrass' style stood in the way too much. And since he's doing this movie as well, I'm not getting my hopes up.

    PSP anyone?

I always wondered. If you'ge got a PSP, can you use the MP3 function while playing a game? In september there is going to be a new model of the PSP. It's lighter and thinner. It also has a different (read: better quality) battery and the loading times are suposed to be shorter. And that for the same price that you buy a PSP for now. Atleast, here in Europe. I have got a DS myself, and I enjoy it a lot. I like playing the pokemon games (the advance verions and now Pearl or Diamond as well), and also Mario is a lot of fun. Then there are a lot of other good games as well; Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing, Final Fantasy III (and there are a lot more, but I haven't played them all!) and various puzzle games that are really great. Also there's Brain Training and games like that, those games might not appeal to the standard gamer, but they're a real nice addition, since they've really got a purpose, and they're not as expensive as normal games. To be honest I never used the browser (you need to buy a special cartride for it as well), but it can't be much good. Same goes for the MP3 player cardride, ignore it. Another good thing about the DS though is that you can play a lot of games in the multiplayer function (as in, you and your four friends are in the same room all with a DS) with only one game pack. I don't know how that is with the PSP. Maybe somebody could tell? There's quite a few games for PSP that I'd like to play; Killzone Liberations, Daxter, Burnout, LocoRoco, the GTA games, Pro Evolution Soccer and various others. But for some reason the PSP doesn't really appeal to me. To me the thing seems to have too many options, which means more things that can break (yea, strange reason, but I think I can safely say that handhelds are a bit more fragile than normal consoles). Also I think that the MP3 function and the Movie function is a bit useless. Most people (maybe yourself too) have got an MP3 player which has got a ton of space for songs, so why settle for less? And as a movie fan I personally think that a screen as small as that doesn't do a movie justice. Besides, what's up with watching a movie in a train stuffed with people in broad daylight. I'm 20 and 21 in a few days, and I guess that makes me a full grown up that owns and frequently uses a DS. And I'm sure I'm not the only one (with 2.5 million DS made weekly at this moment, and over 47 million units sold if we may believe Wikipedia, but most of the time they're quite correct on dry numbers). And if you care a lot about gameplay and especially fun factor (which you say in your first post) the DS is recommended. But if you get most statisfaction out of racing games and shooters, maybe the best thing is to get a PSP. Since they've got the superior games in those genres. PSP sales at the moment are on 25+ million units sold. [edit] Click <--- that's a link to the specs of the new PSP.
  19. Captain N - the complete series Zelda complete series Now all I need is Dungeons and Dragons animated series. Too bad Dino Riders isn't on DVD. Captain Planet would be fun as well.
  20. Which is why you are amateur and they are profesionals. Good God. It doesn't have anything to do with how good or bad you are.
  21. He had the best haircut ever. Cool show indeed.
  22. It's good if you drink green tea before it or something, at least, that's what I've heard from the husband of an ex-collegue of mine that is a death metal band. My brother does it as well, I could ask some hints from him.
