Willows definatly, if you choose yew you will get lots of money but it isn't worth burning all of those yews.

For a start throw away the ham and desert robes, then sell your pure ess. Then you could do make something with all your orbs and ores too get rid of some space. Also, you could throw away some quest items too.

I personall favor the lonely yew near the church in varrok. reasons being it's very quiet and i usually get 15 logs per tree spawn.
