PoH won't be a skill. Capentry will be, You will be able to make funiture and as such, sell it off for high prices. Also, I like most believe that the PoH will work in the same way farming does. You get alot or plots all over RS and you choose to build your house there. Now another idea is that you can also visit any other house in any plot from a list of all the people online on that server, You click on their name, They get a request , if they accept you can go in.

Jagex banned my members accout because someone spammed them with password requests for my account. They still charged me for 2 more months after it as well. :D
