Yea,these kind of updates are welcomed, graphical updates never bothered me that much either. Yesterday i even been to varrock..nice job,very nice...

This RS month was one of the most intensive months in years. Lots of updates, some of them good,some even better. But wasn't it a bit too much? It all started at June's behind the scene (that looks so far back now :D ) The upcoming release of the dark bow & dragon arrows triggered an hysterical race which spreaded out in 3 different directions. People (like me) were trying to upgrade their slayer level as much as possible before the update. Others were doing the same on the hunter route. And some,were hunting chompies like there is no tomorrow, to make few bucks on the back of those unfortunate pie noobs(again,me). 04-Jun-2007 New quest - Hair of the dog . Some Quest cape holders run to finish it while some (yea,me) had to kiss their cape goodbye for now since they didn't have the appropriate WC level and were too busy for raising it. 11-Jun-2007 Dark Bow & Dargon Arrow The big BALAGAN (thats the hebrew word for total chaos :D ). The Dark Beasts lair have never been so popular.The first fortunate slayers who got the bow managed to get up to 50 mil for it while others spended there 20 hours and more, with no luck. 3 days later....the beasts lair's short glory days were over and it is back to its anonymity. 18-Jun-2007 The Dragonfire Shield Didn't had the chance to rest and...another race !!!! Visage!!!. Wyvarns, black dragons and mostly, iron & steels were, and still are,flooded with Visage hunters,trying to get hold of the best shield of the game. Did few wyvarns trips myself, but after i figured the drop rate is somewere between a whip & half shield i decided to wait for Duradel to send me there thus not wasting precious slayer time... Anyway, yesterday i found myself thinking,please,not another update,not today, let us rest a bit, refill our tanks,maybe do some fishing, i hate fishing. I might even find the time to try this new mini-game,it looks nice, good rewards, i think its called Barbarian Assault or something :wink: Do u also suffer from this updates OD?

same here only for me it took 2 wyvarns trips and 50 irons/steels to retreat back to my slayer routine. Still waiting for duradel to send me back there.....

As mentioned earlier,this guide cant be completed without at least mentioning the alternative ways to do it. Which means: 1. Bert - though collecting 84 buckets a day isnt actually "power glass making". 2. Collecting sea weed in Piscatoris 3. most important - Lunar glass-making spell which definitely can save a lot of time ,quicker then smelting in furnace,both seaweed and soda ash can be used, and make 1.5 times more molten glass. Other then that,nice job =D>

did you check if anti-fire pot/shield has an effect against the shield's speciel?

Today Jagex introduced us with the Dragon Fire shield. I realy love this update,gr8 stats, nice new unleash option,rechargeable at no cost, cant w8 to put my hands on those. But didn't Jagex missed a big opportunity here? An opportunity to restore the glory of the Dragon sq shield???!!!!. Instead of making it a anti-fire shield upgrade shouldn't it be (sry for the grammer) a Dragon sq shield upgrade? :-k What do you think?

i love range but peronaly i think that giving 90 range bonus for the rune c-bows is a bit out of proportion, 75 would have been good enough. But, if you cant beat them join them.....time to make some bolts :D

Any1 already used the shield's "unleash" option? Any1 tested anti-fire pot/sheild against it?

You missed the point, i am not looking for help. I just want to collect enough info to build a complete guide. This is exactly the type of answers i looked for. BTW do you use this tactic also when doing riddles/URI clues?

First, i dont think that those 2 skills are compareable. Not in their nature and not by their outcome. I would compare RC to WC rather then to slayer(both monotonic and calculable, financially speaking). Anyway, Slayer is the only skill that still keeps my eyes open...

And this information came from where? ur inside man? I had several auto messages from them,this is not 1 of them. Its software m8,its either implemented or not. I dont think this is the type of issues mods would argue about. One last thing,you still didnt answer me why does Jagex hide this information from us? Dude, you cant be serious there... What on earth is Jagex' intrest to lie to you on this issue? Jagex don't state their opinion, Jagex,as the game devlopers can tell for a fact if its there or not.
