True, but that wouldn't really help me get 99 cooking. :( Ok, why wouldn't it?.. Lets say you catch all trout, now this isn't true as once you get higher fishing lvl your more likely to catch all salmon. But for this lets just catch trout kay?. Now you need to catch 248,8 k trout for 99 fishing. For 99 cooking you have to cook 174,8 k trout. Now thats 74 k less trout you need to cook. So why wouldn't it work? You have 74 k trout to sell off for 50 ea uncooked. I think the money I'd make from the method I stated makes me favour it over this way. Also I think that the time saved by fly fishing would be lost when cooking the extra 74k fish. Once again, thanks for the input. I'm pretty sure of what I'll be doing now. :D

Once I've achieved my goal in theiving, I plan to get 99 fishing and cooking. I was trying to think of ways of linking the two together. My fishing lvl is 67 and cooking is 70. The way I thought might work is to fish 10k lobs (77 fishing, 80 cooking), then 96k monkfish (99 fishing, 75-80k cooked for 99 cooking). Does this plan sound plausible? If you have a better idea please post it. What cooking lvl do you stop burning monks at, and do gauntlets affect this lvl?

I prefer just using food much more, it's faster, easier, you don't have to hope that the Guthan will heal you, and you can weigh less without it :P Personal preference though. :) If you do use it and need to heal, the best place to do so outside of the actual game is to the west of the pyramid where there are some plague frogs. :)

It's not rare to get in excess of 18k xp a run at lvl 91+ thieving.

The thing I find interesting is that at 200M xp in a skill (max xp you can have), you would be lvl 126. 126 = max combat lvl. Coincidence? :-k

1) Make an account with lvl 1 in all combat stats, apart from 52 prayer. 2) Go into wildy wearing recoil ring and a glory. 3) Let someone attack you and get them to lowish health with the recoil. 4) Turn on smite and eat a nightshade (BOOM). 5) Glory to Edge. 6) Pick up the stuff. Could work lol.

actually, dork and tripsis and someone else are 99, i'd contact them first. Hello \ All I know is that the gloves do not work at pyramid plunder. Seeing as I regard all other methods of training thieving as obsolete I cannot comment on the gloves' affect on pickpocketing. :oops:
