Dutch clans have pretty much the same problem now, there used to be 3 maybe 4 clans who actually brought new people into the clan world. The newcomers got to know every tactic there, and moved up to a better clan. Now that some of these clans are not there anymore, and people from the bigger Dutch clans move up to international ones, there's a big exit in the Dutch clans.

I do not have a screenshot of the rules, but I think they were as follows: matched, north side attacks, melee/binds only, half an hour prepare, ring allowed, no corrupt, 1 120+. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused, I thought center boundaries would be standard, but I should have put that in the rules anyway. I'm not sure about the 120+ cap, I thought we had one, do you have a picture of the agreement to war? And for the fun/official war, we have not said anything about it. I don't see anyone posting this was official. If you didn't want this war to be posted, you could have told us before the war. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Now that was a weird war, wasn't too hard afterall. And Caption, I'd say a 120+ cap goes for people of 120 combat and above. Just like you say "It's 18+", for 18 and above.
