  1. Thanks for the fix :) Well I changed it because all websites looked strange, but I think I changed it to much (not many problem though) :P Thanks for noticing it, I will be changing it. Edit: Seems like it is just my monitor, other settings will make everything to dark (making me to increase lightness which hurts my eyes on white screens)
  2. not even for the sole purpose of getting rid of those accursed ads? I never have ads since I make my window small and scroll up :shades: Saves me many unfortunate misclicks... Rep0rted for using software to block ads. After the update Langer Beta will have to track the top 15 members  lol finally a top 15 of active players :P there are no real f2p-ers in the top 15 anyway.
  3. Nothing. It's your cash and you should be able to do what you want with it. People just complained because A) They lost their money, B) They got scammed out of their money and C) All the people advertising dicing games were annoying. For me, only point C has any validity. Not true, your gp is jagex property, otherwise you could freely sell it to other people to right? So jagex decides what you can do with it and what not. I was speaking more about the morality of it. It is forbidden in some country's to gamble when you are underage, this could include the dice bag in runescape and jagex could (not sure if possible) get sued for that.

  5. The new Bestiary pages look empty to me, because the creatures are the only thing in the most upper box, it seems just a waste of space and makes it harder to look at things at life points. I liked the way it was before with little boxes with information on the left side. For example: http://open.tip.it/bestiary/view/614-tztok-jad Edit it seems that it looks nice on smaller resolutions, I'll post a screenshot of a high resolution picture: [hide][/hide]
  6. What are you talking about? None of the worlds listed are P2P. He means that you can be member and be in a F2P world (for example for GOP). Also you are not taking in account that many of these players could be normally members but just taking a break from being member. And maybe in the evening more F2P-ers then P2P-ers could be online (for w/e reason) or on saterday and sunday. So you would have to look at a whole week at least.
  7. If they do that, that will even be a stupider move than removing HS (and probably a game killing one). You can't really do much in RS with only 30 hour of playing, when time is up, they will not even thinking about sticking with the game let alone becoming a member in the future. On a second note, is there a 1k world out there? the one I book marked no longer works. I thought it would be a good idea to designate a top F2p world where I would see familiar faces from the Top F2p list. He said 30 days, not 30 hours ;)
  8. Quite the opposite. I doubt people are more inclined to pay a company that stabs them in the back. Stabbed in the back? wtf ru on about? CHEATED and CAUGHT OUT you mean  Not sure what you are talking about, but I don't see how removing the highscore is cheating :P
  9. Why not getting members and continue being a free player? You have the highscores and you still have the fuzzy feeling of being f2p?
  10. A bandit has escaped into the woods? Clearly the most efficient way is to burn all the trees down! Yes, clearly that is the best solution. It isn't extreme or inconsiderate in the least to their costumers or possible costumers. It is the opposite: It is not a bandit in the woods. It is dead trees and bad trees in a forest with just a few alive trees. (the actual active f2p players are quite low in comparison to all the players who are inactive or were bots), so to burn a forest down with just a few alive trees that do still take water (money) from you doesn't sound that bad. (at least not for the company)
  11. Nope, next year there is going to be altar-less runecrafting :)
  12. I agree totally with Athymy. And although I don't fully agree with the update I will like it that my ranks will go up a lot and that I can be sure all the ranks above me are active.
  13. No, read the last few pages, jagex has changed it already so that you will keep your rank.
  14. This pretty much sums up the attitude of F2P for me. Now that Jagex is taking away things it's spit the dummy out time. Considering what they gave you and others for free for so long it's not suprising that you and numerous others repay that with contempt. The only mistake Jagex made on this issue was to let players play for free with an unlimited time scale. No idea why you're stating you refuse to give money to Jagex because I don't think you've ever given money to them have you? *Hint hint* He did, he tried members on an other account. What will fix this problem is just to ask money for services, like 1dollar/euro/pound (w/e) per month for an active f2p being in the highscores.
  15. I agree. Players of old can not be forgotten. I don't know how I'd feel if Zezima, a huge motivation when I was a tiny level 3, got removed from the highscores or from the game altogether. Player achievements must be honored. You can be glad, Zezima is member and is working on 200M dungeoneering
  16. I don't see how their wiki would be much better then RSwiki, full of big bugs. So I don't think you will lose many people visiting tip.it
  17. What I don't get is that they give F2P players the ability to post on forums (honestly there are normal F2P-ers but the average F2Per on RSOF is not quite smart, well the average P2P on RSOF isn't either but at least a bit more then F2P) Then they take away the highscores. So why first give such a thing as posting on forums and then take away the highscores? Doesn't make sense.
  18. Altough he would have to have all his 5 accounts keep paying now ;)
  19. It could be that they are removing the 200M cap, that would fix the 200M rank issue. Also I think they are preparing all those little things (Refer a Friend, loyalty rewards, P2P highscores) for one bigger thing. I am not sure what it is and if I will be glad with it.
  20. Makes sense if you look at loyalty points.
  21. While I like the fact that inactive players won't show up in the highscores I dislike that they skip whole f2p. What this means is that someone with 200M stats can't take a break without keep paying, also it means that active f2pers get punished for nothing. Just make it so that you have to get xp or minigame points every 3 months (enough time to go on holiday) Also why can't they make it that you have a f2p highscore and a p2p highscore? They could even limit the f2p highscore to the top 500k players
  22. Think about the 200M stats ranks, those will be mostly gone also if you have a 200M stat and are f2p and then come back you will be on the bottom again.
  23. Lolwat, that is just stupid (about the 200M ranks)
  24. Was your iPod completely full? Because the new OS takes more space then the old on. Although I have no idea what you can do about it.
  25. Ok great :D I can wait till the next version of IPB :)
