Its basically supply and demand, im not sure on the party hat prices now, since I been gone from the game for a very long time, but if the hat prices dropped that low than everyone would buy as many as they could, then start selling them high again, since theres only a small number left. Im sure you can pick up a granite maul for 80k easily if the prices for them are around 100k.

I don't think Buddhism can really be called a religion because they do not profess a belief in God. But, they do believe that their way is the best way to enlightenment. My old account got more Mimes, Mazes, and the other desirable events than my newer account used for pking. Probably, because I only got the second account to 59 before I quit the game. Basically random, they would not slant the odds to a certain account due to its age, its just a bad idea.
