Hi I've been wondering these 2 questions for a while so here they are. How can America call a war on...say a random country? How would citizens, congress, and everybody actually agree and civilians would become soldiers to fight for a invasion for a war for no apprent reason? Also How would any other country declare war on another country? Is their like a system, like evidence, beliefs or can the president/queen/king/emprior just be like 'I feel like starting a war' ? Tell me if the questions don't make sense.

A really fun game that requires teamwork would be 'The Game' The rules are simple. -A square is made ( big enough for every1 to be plus room to run around), No one aloud out of the square. Remember that. - The counsilor and 1 other camper are the people that have to tag the kids with the ball. This how it works. ----When the game starts every1 can move except the guy with the ball, the guy with the ball can't move and can only tag others with it by taping them with the ball without throwing the ball. When others are tagged out it gets difficult because they become attackers, which mean those that aren't touched yet are going to be covered with everyone because they can move, and if the ball is thrown near him and a attacker gets it then he/she might tag him out. Real fun imo.

Whenever I tell people whats wrong with my right eye ( it died when I was 7 or so, I don't know nothing), and I got a surgery, you know-dig it out, shove a fake looking on in there that moves based on muscle movemenet. So anyway. Whenever people ask me whats wrong with my eye(It moves a little slower and doesn't move when I turn my head), I tell them I can see out of it. Respond? What do you see out of it?
