I'm saying noone knows FOR SURE. However it is logically "impossible" for example, there to be "The ONE" person you are destined to fall in love with. Its one of those things that doesn't make LOGICAL sense, but can't be disproven. I, personally don't believe in love.

This falls under the category of the last post I responded too. Noone knows for sure, but I think its safe to say there is no such thing as love until you are mature enough to even understand it, high school teeny bopper relationships ARE NOT love.

Um hmmn.. So tell me why my parents are together and they're in their late 30s or when my grandparents were together til they were in their 60s? And as a fact, lust barely exists in them. There's some people (like me) who only lives to have one partner in life and can patiently wait for that significant one. I'm hoping I already found mine, and trust me, I'm not in a relationship because of lust alone. I can't speak for people that lived in generations before us, because it was ALOT different back then. The media, among other factors, have skewed what people are "supposed" to look like, and further spread this corruption. I hope you have found something more, and you seem fairly confident in yourself, which is a good thing. I've decided to play a neutral role as far as the opposite sex goes, and watch from the outside, I'm with you, I'd rather wait for one person than go with the flow and just have fun, because then I would be adding to what I am fighting against. Its all lust, I can't stress it any more. Unless people suddenly mature at a rapid rate once they get middle-aged, my theory holds. Especially because most people get married in their low to mid twenties. Ever wondered why divorce rates are so high? Duh, people are becoming more and more carefree about relationships. My earlier post drives that fact home even more. When I got older, I expected guys and gals to mature a bit, and it won't just be the guy trying to get a piece, etc .etc. Sadly it seems to have almost become worse, its the same as HS was, except the participants are older. You can think what you want about your own relationships, and hopefully you are lucky enough to have something more than what I have explained.

I think you're singling me out, and I can't trust you. I simply laid out some facts and what I think is true, noone has been able to "prove" love exists. So what reason is there for one to believe it even exists? I prefer logic and reasoning over speculation and superstition.

Ugh, Toxicity was alright, but this is garbage now. Worst of all, they have all of these anti-government standpoints, and they AREN'T EVEN FROM THIS COUNTRY. They need to go back to swaziland or wherever it was they're from.

In my experience, there is no such thing as "love" or true love for that matter. Its just a heightened stage of lust ,the guy wants a piece, the girl succumbs to him acting like he really likes her for her. It cycles through, either ends quickly or after the guy has gotten what hes after, the girl is usually devastated, but for whatever reason, falls for the next guy etc. etc. etc. it goes on.
