One major downfall about living in my province: everything is sky-high expensive.
-
Another night shift (on break currently). Last time I worked I called the police on a suspected kid running away from home. It started to be suspicious when he began to ask for directions to a city around ~30km away... by bicycle at around 3:30 in the morning. If it were an older man I wouldn't be concerned but he looked no more than 15. I asked him some follow up questions, which made me feel even more uneasy. Sure enough, my assumption was correct when I saw the media release on my local police's webpage with someone matching the exact same description (from the area too).

We managed to do a decent job nevertheless... good times.

Can confirm, Canada is pretty great.

Right? Life is much better without a poisonous millstone around your neck. If only dating as an adult wasn't so damn ridiculous. <_< Great, now I need a drink. Yup - my grades have improved dramatically too... Well, slowly. I entered university with a 90 percent average. Not trying to place blame entirely on her, but toxic relationships can seriously damage you - shown by my extreme drop to near failing. This year, I finished with my lowest mark being 74 and my highest being 86. Not bad, but I definitely want to aim for all 80s next year. My major average will probably sit around 70 (hopefully) once all my marks come in. I don't need a lot for my plan B option (compressed Nursing program). The university that's closer to where I live has less average requirements ("B-" minimum), but requires Biochemistry and Psychology courses. However, University of Toronto requires a B+ average in the last two years of my program, without those requirements. Other universities require a B average. So, all in all I should graduate first with a Bachelor of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and eventually a Masters of Nursing. Thus, allowing me to write my Nurse Practitioner exam eventually. That's definitely a change from my Plan A option which was (always) medical school. But, you can't get into med school with a B average, considering they take into account all four years of your undergrad.

Exams finally done. Got s job interview for some government job too. Crossing my fingers.

It doesn't take me as much to get drunk anymore either. I take it as a blessing since I'm a cheapskate.

I prefer the trolls who post random Al Gore everywhere. Here's a dick pic bb.  [hide][/hide]

Some troll's been posting random gore everywhere. They even got my profile page which doesn't make much sense. Maybe they saw me online? I don't know.

Like others have stated, no fansite can compete. It's just simply survival of the fittest.

What the [bleep]...?

I hope things turn out for the better. I've been there where I was living with an ex-girlfriend for a little while. Thank god I managed to find another place for the time being while it all blew over.

Like what others said, this requires a serious discussion. You don't want to get yourself in shitty commitments (leases, etc) if the worst happens. I lived with my ex girlfriend for a little over a year and yeah, it was way different. For example: when you fight, you can't just [bleep] off somewhere and then schedule a date to meet up and discuss what happened. You have to have the responsibility to deal with problems then and there because chances are you'll be sleeping next to her that night. And yes, you will fight. There is no getting away from that. You've also got to understand that people have certain quirks about where they live. Sometimes they prefer things arranged in a certain way or they prefer buying certain things. Or, they prefer peace and quiet (just like you do). It's also frustrating because you can do everything you possibly can to be an acceptable partner to live with, but she can just go back and do the exact opposite (she is human after all). That's when you have to compromise and accept that you can't always win. Just because you do something good it doesn't mean you should be rewarded for it. Although if you're constantly getting the shit end of the stick, you should reevaluate your relationship. Most of this stuff seems pretty obvious, but when you're in the heat of the moment where emotions are strong, you tend to forget what to do and you end up doing stupid shit. -
Honestly I wish I spent more time concentrating on school earlier on. Now I'm in third year I'm stuck playing catch up attempting to raise my GPA.

As long as you pretend you know what you're doing, you're actually, surprise, knowing what you're doing. -
I purchased a GTX 970 on sale for cheap. Runs it beautifully.

Living in Canada I struggle finding anything online that is cheap. [bleep].

I've got to say, I was a bit curious about that. I mean, I've never really understood what it's really like and for me who is someone going into the medical field it's something I've needed to see. Personally I was diagnosed ~2 years ago with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I have anxiety/panic attacks from time to time (they're definitely different, I know... trust me) and those definitely suck. I'm not trying to detract from your experiences in anyway, but I just felt that since you came out with something so personal, I'd might as well too and it might make you feel more comfortable about it.

Didn't you say that last time you got completely shitfaced? :P

I don't know about you guys, but I'm starting to get sick of hookups. Call it what you like, but I miss that emotional connection I've held in my previous relationships.
