I can help with Construction. Just make oak larders! Have cash, noted oak planks, hammer and saw(?) in your inventory. Ask butler to unnote, remove larder, build and repeat. ;)

I think RS is always going to be like that, I doubt Jagex could/would do anything to stop it. That is a shame really, because it puts players like you off. A lot of people enjoy the game for what it is, and I never really considered the lack of personal skill as a problem for me in terms of how the game is run.

^Lol. 5/10, 70 Strength isn't hard to achieve at all. Have fun on your pure and enjoy hitting higher as your strength goes up. :)

Jagex have made the year a fantastic one in my opinion, I was on the verge of quitting in the New Year but they have added some really good content. :)

I dropped the 99 Ranged goal, I tried cannoning/bronze knives at Yaks and it was incredibly boring. I can't afford chinning so the best thing to do was scrap it. I've updated the goals at the front, as well as the outfit pictures which were outdated. I have a 20M cash pile to play with (once everything in the GE is sold), so I might find something fun to do. :P

It was inevitable, the drop rates on the ruined pieces were way to high and the fact that you can now assist to make the plate just adds to it.

I've really gotten into this game now, just picked up a mini-boy and 12 nukes from a behemoth so I'll look forward to testing them sometime. :P

Nope, the only way to get that is during the quest. You kill three Elite Black Knights and you can only get it once.

I used 200k of the quest exp on Summoning, used the rest of my charms and achieved this milestone. :D I might go for 70 Hunter and Mining today, depends how I feel. :thumbup:

Ok, essentially at the end of the quest you go into the dungeon and two Tormented Demons are summoned. You kill them really easily because your stats are potted up to 255 from the Stone of Jas. When you complete the quest, you are given a ruined dragon shard which is currently worth 13M. You can go back to the dungeon and kill the demons, although it is harder because the Stone disappears. To make the three shards into a platebody, you need to unlock the furnace. In the quest you get a loop and tooth of a key, if you use them on a Mith Dragon you can get into the room. Then you use a fire wave on one of the heads in the room and you can forge the three pieces with 99 Smithing or using assist.

I personally enjoy quests, and so for me it would be a yes. You get access to monsters that are currently dropping items worth 13M, so why not? ;)

Best methods for killing? I'm 88 Summoning so I'm looking to use a Unicorn. Any pictures as well are appreciated. :)

I just finished the quest, I thought the entire thing was pretty epic and a 13M reward is crazy. :D
