There's 3 types of bf/gf here. Only opiton is war. Start by building catapults and giant crossbow guns thingies(...) in your window. Fire that at key locations, windows, cars, lights. Batter your way thru their fence. Flank them at their backyard door. Hold position there until the main assault comes. The main assault is: get a car and crash it into the garage. Send troops outside of the car (into garage) destory vases, boxes, make a complete mess in there. Tell your flanking unit in the backyard to come inside. Capture the downstairs and move upstairs if they have one. Once completly destroyed evacuate the house and you won the war.
