Woot going to Fry's Electronics tomorrow. Love that place.
  2. Texture Pack: Brown and Bloom Mods: Biome Terrain Mod Mo' Creatures Humans+ (a bit broken on my PC atm) Useful mods not shown in picture: Sign Tags (signs can tell time, position, light level, lots of things) Hang glider (I believe I can fly!) Elevator Block (a elevator vehicle) More Worlds (15 worlds instead of 5) Thanks for the compliments, guys.
  3. Thanks Skull. :-) Picture tiem!1 Of my nooby base. Nothing fancy but I'm proud of it. Legit mode btw. [hide][/hide] The Arena will be across a bay to the right of the picture.
  4. Meh, its not that funny. Anyone knows a link or understands how monsters spawn in darkness? If I want my arena to work I don't want to make it too small or too bright.
  5. Ooh what a perfect natural obsidian farm you got there. I found two already in my mega-cave, one which looks like a nice place to build a outpost. I'm thinking of making an elevator from there to the surface (elevator mod). I've also build a small hut in the Nether. If it wasn't for the fact you can't dump water into it I would make a little farm and use it as an advanced base for Nether expansion. I'm also expanding on the surface: on my transcontinental railroad, and the canalization of the Hinterlands...a heavily forested region with the entrance to what I believe is another mega-mine. Abiet very slowly of course. Still focusing on the surrounding area of the Homeland. Do any of you guys make a map of your world and start naming things like geographical points? Or am I the only map-freak who does it? :ohnoes:

Tim, being in the mob should give you the self confidence you need. Wear a fedora and listen to nior jazz when making deliveries.
  7. Well if you went back and fixed those mistakes wouldn't you have knowledge of the mistake and thus already know the lesson? So really you're just experience another, better life from the things you already learned.
  8. Reminds me of the time in high school we went through a power-out that lasted all day. This is seriously how stubborn our administration was: a good third of the rooms are locked within a main building which receive little sunlight. Not to mention all the computers or projectors weren't working. They still didn't cancel school. I really never understood their problem...they never let us go for nothing. Are Californian schools so [bleep]ing scared of potential lawsuits? Christ. Then...oh this is gold: in the case of a fire drill, we are to report to the field out backsurrounded by a fence and line of trees. The only way in is through the school. In a worse-case scenario if the school completely catches on fire, we're stuck back there unless we hop the fences...which knowing their [wagon]es will be "not allowed". [bleep]ing morons I'm telling you, those administration people. Teachers were cool, not their bosses.
  9. You win a cookie for liberating Cario!
  10. Did someone say Saladin Campaign: First Mission? :twss: Cookie to all who get it.

Yep, even a boy from sunny California's gonna [bleep] about the snow. Delayed my Dad's truck (currently in Jeresy - whom I work for) and I'm not gonna get paid till later. I'm broke enough as it is.
  12. Only an asteroid the size of Canada can destroy the world. But I digress. 'The end of the world' is a quick way of saying 'interrupting our stable, secure lifestyle and culture, into a chaotic, survival apocalyptic post-world' Get it now?
  13. If you feel down/pissed off around Valentines Day, just accept the things you cannot change. Letting it go really helps. So I'm chillin', saying "Good for you" to friends and such with a special someone, not letting it bother me because I accept the fact I'm not a ladies man. Now what's up with the hate on holidays? It's nice having a day for something. Don't overfill the calendar with them, but let loose a little.
  14. Yes I was. If I thought that then I'm a big loser. And I have self-confidence!!11 A partner in the later years seems more for survival and companionship rather than love. Dying old and alone must be terrible.

Lol, snow days. Our equivalent is, what, earthquake days? But that doesn't happen frequently.

It almost resembles delicioso, which is the Spanish word for delicious. You are what you taste like right?

Haha, Zierro's motto helped me answer a question in a Speech class exam.
  18. He's not expecting, he wants things to be so. What? Yeah I knew that wasn't going to make sense. Magekiller doesn't expect the US to not intervene in world events, that stupid. He just hopes they will realize the error of their ways.
  19. Step on a plant. Does it grow?
  20. Haha, I love the holy tree you got up there. The underground base/nuclear facility/blah blah thing I was gonna do is a no go. Underground demolition is organized until you hit those pockets of dirt and gravel: it messes your 3x3 zoning routes up. Plus it felt like a big grind to work on it. So now I'm playing 'legit' survival and it's actually pretty fun. I've made myself an amateur tree house instead of a hole in a mountain, and thinking of making myself an arena large enough to spawn mobs in the night time.
  21. Nope, relationship thread is for sex. Real Help and Advice is a better candiate. But alas you aren't a mod RPG. I'm not sure what to say about your problem Hugger; I never had a serious problem with my parents.
  22. And in America we got this thing if you're not getting laid you're a big loser. Love it when cultures mix and [cabbage].

  24. Thought about it... ...nah.
