@flying, your signature, and at superson, it's always been [censoredurl]. +111 Sorry but that had to be done, or my life wouldn't be complete. 8 hours till we find out... :-# Who will last? Who will die?
  2. You know the rest of the post beside this little part was a good, but it's really awful to blame someone else that your opinion was changed because of them. It just shows you can't generate your own opinions with reading other users opinions. I don't mean to be cruel, but that's just how it looks to everyone else basically. I know it can resolve this, it just seems easier to be redirected to where the topics are, rather than not being redirected at all. And changing that redirect link is just as easy as saying this suggestion is obsolete.
  3. Don't get cocky, mister. Gratz though, sad I couldn't be there3 Splat, how do you do that, like wtf?
  4. Page three.. :shame: Do you think you'll have 60-65 by the end of October? :-#
  5. Great, I wake up 4 minutes after 6 from cross country, and here you are getting that 99. Gratz on 99 you large nub@@
  6. Wow!, keep that one forever. ^_^
  7. Depends on your own speed, and the system setting speed. All are different. 'Overall, deal with it. Other uses have.' If you mean other users, I don't know why since I've already stated I'm not coming from my own views, but trying to guess at other user's views.
  8. The people who need to read this, will never read this. That's the truth. But good guide though. 11/10 :uhh:
  9. 50/50. I think the guilds need to have their own mini-game to become worth whiled, and most of us would only join a guild for it's uses, like the glory recharge. But we need something more than that to spend time in the guild. A guild is a place where many gather and spend time doing something with the guild. The guilds in runescape don't really do that.
  10. When I hear any kind of music, I think of RuneScape in general. I only listen to music while playing RuneScape...lol. :-#
  11. Maybe allow this to be an option in the profile? I didn't take into consideration of the other variables of why it went to the top. My bad. but I still think it's a something that can be used, or have those stickies re-organized. I do feel bad for ignoring the points you pointed out, but this can be used, and can be coded very easily.
  12. Didn't see yours. Yes they are quite cool, yet if you don't use them, which a lot of users don't, than this is a fine suggestion. But if you do use them, then this suggestion obviously doesn't apply to you. Me? I don't think it's a waste of time, nor was I ranting, or complaining about how it affected me, I merely tried to estimate how it affected the general user, and how it could be improved. So I don't know why you thought I shouldn't post here. I was actually going to post about the stickies, but this way mods, and admins don't have to take 4 hours re-organizing everything. --- This is such a small idea to be implemented, that it's use is basically low. That doesn't mean it's purpose can't be used, regardless of how it can be used by the user. I understood when I posted this that it lacked an actual use, but you can't deny that the general user wouldn't go on a murder trail just because of it, it would make the general user far happier than scrolling through the stickies. And unless you aren't annoyed by the stickies, you can't say you wouldn't like this. Perhaps just fix up the stickies, take a few hours, or inform the general users to use their tabs, might take some time, or just use the re-direct link. Look at the time saved for something so small. Yes, there is no issue with the 1300pixel space, yet it can be improved.
  13. Wow, you did it. Now I'm scarred for life, and my friend thinks I'm gay. :| but the dancing is 11/10.
  14. Six air runes are now going to make seem faster. ^_^ Gratz on 55.^^
  15. Oh, well I was coming from the user point of view there. You are true there though, without the forums, there would be no Tip.It...? Edit: Disregard that, go read Albosky's astonishing reply. I do know they bring money, I just wasn't coming from the practical uses in the forums, just the uses the regular user saw from the forums. Also to chris, from you I'm getting that you like to scroll down, so you would rather scroll down through those stickies every time? Or would you like someone to code something in 10 minutes to make your posting more enjoyable? Or stay on the forums more enjoyable?
  16. Nothing happens to the ads? You still get revenue, and I'm pretty sure most of the users don't want to buy half of those odd items? I've clicked on the ad's three times in my entire span here on Tip.It, two were accidental, and one was for a topic I read. And I'm sure if people wanted to click the ad's they wouldn't complain about them.
  17. Edit: The content? This suggest adds to the content they encounter when they visit the forums. Half a second? Disregard the information I give in the first post then?
  18. I don't think it's a stupid suggestion, it took me twenty minutes to get everything I wanted typed out. I typed it out fairly certain I was going to get responses like yours. So I made it my best. No, I don't think I answered my question by pointing out that this is merely 'mainly a hindering in the luxury of Tip.It Forums,'. The topics will still be there the first time you click the link to the forums, but not the re-direct link. When I posted this, I was thinking of the users, and I do believe most of the users don't deserve to have to go through those darn stickies every time they post. Nor do I think it's useless. It's just a luxury that can be added, and that is needed if anymore stickied topics are made. I'm also certain this would take less than 10 minutes to code(and I think giving 10 minutes is beyond the amount it should take) the entire thing. So 10 minutes now, can save loads of time for the users. Which is something that the users will rate the forums on. Especially new ones.
  19. Your a male wakka, that's why you like the big scary gash's in our bodies. 8-) I will hate you forever for not taking that picture.
  20. Gratz on 54. ^_^ There isn't a lot of people rcing in F2P, so I think it's safe to assume the odds of catching someone in the alter at the same time as you, and at the same time you level are pretty out there. Though I'm only guessing, no one was in the air alter when I leveled rc in F2P, on two accounts to level 40.
  21. As long as it completes two things: 1. Involves an action of it's own, which is better than the Easter Ring. 2. Graphics fit the season, SCARY. If Jagex does those, everyone will be happy.
  22. Not to wield, or use the bone bolts. However to buy either the cross bow, or the bone bolts you must have done 'Lost Tribe' quest, which requires 'Goblin Diplomacy'. You can only use the special of the crossbow after completing 'Death to the Dorgeshuun' quest.
  23. After you make a post in General, one of the most active forums, you get sent to the forum, but your sent to the top of the page, thus your going to be scrolling down roughly 1300 pixels on a 1024x768 resolution. I myself am on a 800x600 resolution, but the average resolution is 1024x768, or 1280x768/720. That's around 3-7 scrolls (how many times you have to roll the wheel on the mouse), or three seconds using the down arrow for the scroll bar to move down to visually see the first 3-5 topics. To view 18 topics, which become visible, is 8-12 seconds, using the down mouse. You could cut these times in half, or completely get rid of them all, only one that may still exist is the 18 topics, which may or may not be visible on certain resolutions, if the suggestion is implemented. So I was hoping if possible by the Admins/Albosky ^^, could consider making the redirect link after you post ('Click Here to Return To The Forum') to re-direct you to 'Topics', and not the top of page. By topics, the topics which are below the stickied topics, so the title 'topics' is just above the topic that has just been posted on. I know this is a suggestion seems a bit 'lazy', rather screams lazy. But if your one of the people who post daily, it is time consuming, and quite irritable to be brought up to the page, just to scroll down, to view the topics you wanted to read. This process only takes around 10-15 seconds, depending on whether or not you've actually read the topic titles, or you are just reading them. It's not that big of a problem, it's not even a problem, mainly a hindering in the luxury of Tip.It Forums. Now that its in your head I really can't tell you to go post 5 times(legit posts), and see if it is noticeable, since it'll be an affected test. But you can see how all those seconds could add up to hours over a month's use of posting 7-10 times per day in General. Also this may be good for forums that have a lot of stickied topics as well. *All tests/data came from my own personal testing on a 1024x768 screen resolution on a 21.6 inch monitor. The scroll bar speed was set to 3 lines per spin, the scroll bar on the browser was set to 1.8 lines per second. The mouse was a logitech G7, cordless mouse.*
