One reason why they are left open is to allow any user to express their opinions in a topic freely, or so I think. Basically I just ask myself, could this have been re-posted as a new topic, or was the comment sufficient enough? If it's a no answer, I usually don't even go to the topics and disregard them hoping they go back into page 5+. So report it, and it will be dealt with, since we're not getting 5 new old topics bumped everyday, just a little [bleep]e in that activity...so yes, I don't think we need to lock them just yet. :?

One thing I liked about it was it gave off a very warm feel at the right, yet as I went towards the left side, it started getting colder,and then a despair kind of feeling just busted out. I was disturbed, and I read the text, and I figured out this is probably one of the main points in the graphic. I think its very well done since it portrays the text extremely well, and it's meaning is very true. However I would have tried to blend the dead like branches/leafs and the alive, energetic branches/leaves a little better, since some of the dead like branches/leafs appear to be floating in midair with no physical object containing them. The grim reaper is extremely done well, and the main reason why I'm actually posting. It does give off the feeling of death, and regret, and many negative feelings. I think everything is well balanced out, and very easy to understand the reason, and feeling that this graphic makes float off of it, not too strongly, nor too little, just enough to get the sense of it, and understand the concepts. 9.3/10 because of how the blending looks to me, to others it may look excellent, but I find it distracts, and takes away from the quality that this graphics gives. Blending close to the grim reaper is well done, just the far away blending, perhaps if i were more fog like, it would appear better? Good Job anyway, I do really like it, as it stands out. :)

1. Get rid of the fuzziness, or in fact try to get rid of it. This is a large no-no, and you should know that before you even post the graphic, this automatically brings the rate to 0. 2. Buddy-Kit, not original art work, down to a 1, only because you could have possibly made a nice scene, or suggestive movement with them. 3. You did not make any nice, or scenic looking movement. It's two people standing there, with no suggestive action, it's pathetic. 4. They aren't even facing each other, yet somehow they are attacking each other? It's a flat-line flop. 5. Your text is unclear, and you can't even make it out, nor does it even compliment the objects in the signature, which those objects stink. 6. Foreground, Grey as the ground? No other objects, variations, or anything along with the ground? Just plain grey? Boring. 7. Background, exactly the same as the foreground. Moon isn't even the proper technique to follow suit with the other techniques in this signature. 8. Shading, horrible. Different light sources all around is what it seems, yet there is no object that suggests 'light'. Ground, faces, torsos, legs, weapons, moon, none have proper shading, and none have beginner shading either. Overall its a pathetic signature, I would never give this a rate because it doesn't deserve the binary code necessary to create the text. Honestly, the two people look great, but they are lowered in quality by shading, texture around the people, background, and foreground blending, fuzziness, and that they are buddy kits. My criticism only matches the negativity this graphic gives off. Don't flame me for being honest. I'm sure there's more flaws as well in this graphic. :wall:

After looking over who I made friends with, it's quite difficult since I moved from school to school. I'd have to say though, my one friend who I've known for seven years now, he and I have been through a lot, and know each other very well. We met in Grade 4, at first I thought he was some crack head(yes, in grade 4), who was going to die in his 20s. Eventually we were put to do a project together, and my suspicions about him being a crack head, and a hopeless person were quite wrong. I found out he had a large family, like me, loved the same things as I did at that time, and we quickly began to hang out. Grade 7 he started to come over to my house every single day, and the longest was 67 days in a row, which is ridiculously funny. Anyways, we still go to each others houses, but unfortunately in High School, we have only 1 course this entire year together, so the bonds that brought us together aren't there, so hopefully our new bonds hold tight. ^_^

Punishment is too severe, and as the father said, implies the wrong opinion of the person, and what they actually did. However, there should still be some kind of punishment, who knows exactly how those ammunition shells could have been stolen, or used in any other affair. Though in my opinion a week suspension is more then enough for this incident. Though the other two offenses should add onto this infraction. I hate it when School Districts generalize everything because some worse incident happened somewhere else, with the same kind of weapon category.

Once Jagex gets around to raising the Hiscores to 2mill, or even 3mill, problems will be solved. And I think now is the time for Jagex to do this. It's quite ridiculous, 62 woodcutting to be ranked? Most others are 60+, or the F2P ones are. ^^

I found it pretty funny, though it could be spoofed up a bit... Put in forms of Art into that strip, and it will be at least an 8/10.

I agree here, and is my main point. Games like WoW, or other online games like it, aren't updated weekly, and some are only updated every month, or year. They are still thriving, but I think they are also criticized for the lack of updates as well. RuneScpae however, one of it's key features, and perks is the updates being every week, and every enjoys this regardless of its negative effects. If RuneScape were to lose this, what else would they lose? Would it be worth it?

Mine was when I was still with main clans in 2005... With Fusion, we went out pking in F2P, 20 minutes go by of nothing interesting, then suddenly we see some level 110 clan, similar to us, we easily defeat them, we lose no one, and everyone piles great, and hugs efficiently. We then hop, and see a level 90 clan with at least double ops, we lose two people, and we win. We're all still on good food, and so we hop once again, small team of level 80s, we hop two more times to find a semi-large 100 clan, we lose 6 due to lag, and we win. We beat out 3 clans, without banking, and we lost only 10ish people out of 50 people. Great fun it was.

The herbs if you buy, will make the small bones more expensive. The teletabs you buy will make small bones more expensive. The time it takes you to actually use the small bones would put the profit you'd make from Rcing to buy Dragon bones useless. You could buy lets say 10 dragon bones every small bone, because of the time you take to burn the small bones, since there is so many more. Making your own teletabs would also hinder your money. ^_^ Time = Money.

What your saying is quite true, however, having the rule does decrease the amount of those who don't want to go through the hassle of phishing, though, you will get scammed if the person is dedicated. This rule also does put an imprint of positivity amongst new, and semi-old players, that gives users the satisfaction Jagex is still trying to do something to help the players. I think legit FanSites, and clan forums however should be allowed to be advertised, if not, the punishment for legit sites shouldn't be a ban, more like a 2 hour mute. :-#

The article was extremely accurate on how players behave, regardless of what Jagex does, or doesn't do. It was the truth in the brightest colours. Good Article. ^_^

Wow nice so far, done a lot since I last checked this. Gratz on 56, 57, 58, and 59. ^_^

I remember the Tip.It site looking the way you posted, for about 3 months, then it changed. Then I went to the forums some time after. So I really don't know much about the good old days, but it is nice to look at how Tip.It was back then, and how it grew from there to here. ^^
