Problem with the honor code that was in runescape was that it was so widely used by everyone. 99% if the time if you didn't abide by it (mainly in f2p), the other person would run. Thus why so many who didn't agree with it, used it. Even though I agreed with it at the time. In p2p it was the same until 4-6 months pre-wildy removal, those 4-6 months was full of one-itemers, telers...etc. EDIT: Yea, kirby does absorb some weird things...

15 Down B's from Pikachu Vs 15 Grenades from Snake. All in a row, with minor moves in between. Technically it's spamming. Anything wrong with it? Nope. Honestly, doing things 6 times, to me is spamming, on any character. Or because grenades aren't as annoying as pikachus down B it's not counted as spamming? 6 grenades, or 6 pk thunders? I'm just counting moves, nothing else.

Well if you're spamming, and they try to counter your spamming, but you know how to counter their counter, then yes it is spamming, just spamming properly in my mind.

It really made me see how idiotic it was to have player-made rules in a game, or chose moves that shouldn't be done even though they help you. Honestly, if using a broken character makes you win, good job, I'm not complaining. If spamming an invincible move in a game makes you win, good job. If abusing 'lag' or graphical glitches/animation effects, good job. However sooner or later someone will find a way around them, sooner or later you'll need to move on to something else to make yourself win. And obviously Kent is a good example. He's got like 3+ characters he could beat anyone here with, and not including Snake or Meta Knight.

Playing To Win: http://www.sirlin.net/Features/feature_ ... nPart1.htm Best article about it, the entire site though pwns. -- @Kent, including spamming in your play style, like spamming certain grenades isn't going to hinder your ability to play. Just because you always spam doesn't mean you won't become good, you'll become pretty good with spamming and learn counters to people trying to counter your spamming. IE; They try and do a work around to stop your spamming, you know this, and thus counter their counter. Thus you've become a better player.

5 -> 15
And as I've already stated the better it would be to have two lists tracking, not just one. Which would mean there's nothing to lose if implemented with two lists, or whatever.

So many people are deprived of this bands music apparently. -.- Good band & music, but really don't care if they split up or whatever...>.>

5 -> 15
So before this gets too far off of the 1st page, a few questions to the admins about this: 1. What's the final opinion from the overall staff about changing this, or the topic (Will it be changed)? 2. Has a double list been considered, where there's one for the 'Whose Online' & 'User Was Last Online'?

Is somthing wrong?
That would only work though if it wasn't a forum issue with storing or activating cookies (no idea how they work so...). May just be a few users who don't have them on, or it could be a forum problem, but I know my cookies and the usual 'check these' are all on, and this still happens. Whether it's information not sent correctly or not I don't know.

Forum Points
The forums already have popularity issues within every single topic. Users will probably agree, or not bother disagreeing openly with a friends post. A user who makes the best post in the world is still going to go ignored even if they are correct, and have the best opinions. Examples? DVD, Abyssal, or even when Bubsa was around this did happen on occasion. So really new issues aren't going to arise, the same attitude and personality of the community is still going to be transferred over to the rating system. "They won't give him/her a good rating." So let's not have negative ratings, would solve every problem except for mass rating by friends (which would be obvious anyways, and rules can be enforced if this is caught/suspected). Even with negative ratings, is one person going to make such an impact on the user where 20 others 'agreed' with the post? Unless 50 users come together and then just go all out abusing the system nothing is going to happen that can't be controlled. Put a tracking system on the ratings, where the IP's and username are stored per rating. Would stop a lot of people from abusing it as it now becomes mod+ available information. If this was done, negative ratings or a simple Disagree can be done. Also it's not about popularity, it's about seeing straight facts without having to read. It's seeing that 40 people agreed, and 5 people disagreed with the topic. Now you don't need to read the topic to see the community's feel towards the topic. I read tons of topics I'm not interested in, so I don't read them. I'd love to know though what the community thought of such topics but I can't be bothered to read such a 'boring' or 'annoying' topic. Perfect example is the religion topics, like 'The Bible', or 'Is God Real?', 30 pages of debate, or one post that would have the communities opinion already in them via a rating system. Convenience. Though one thing, not having a disagree rating to protect the user from negative emotions is kind of pathetic. If you aren't strong enough to withstand 4-7 negative ratings, why are they even on the internet?

If someone leaves a game because you were spamming the same move over and over again, don't feel bad at all. It's a legit way to win. Play to win, not for the emotional benefit of others.
