To see if frogspawn is cookable, look in the cooking guide.

It only increases as the first digit of your mage level increases, there's not much raising mage to 75, either get 70 or 80.

That's why I hardly ever convert big video clips. I either get them off google video, but for some reason, they're now linked to youtube sites. On google, you could simply click 'download for ipod' on most movies. However, I just downloaded some software that downloads and converts videos straight from youtube, all you need is the video's url.

I recommend getting at least 60 ranged. And a few more prayer levels won't hurt. Train your ranged at ogres east of cw and bury the bones. there's a safespot too.
