I found that using full veracs against the brothers (except ahrims) took quite a while with my stats, which are only a little bit better than yours. So, I decided to combine it with the slayer dart, and it proved to be very effective and efficiant. Pray and dart verac and guthan Pray and range ahrim. (just bring a bow, rune arrows, and black d hide top) Dart guthan and torag Melee karil. It's up to you whether you want to use prayer. If you do, use the +15% att and str prayers. It helps. I've hit 3 consecutive 23's, on more than one occasion.
