Hello, :) During my former clan retirement party last month I gave away for about 2M worth of items and was surprised to receive presents as well for a much higher overall value. (What goes around comes around, he he he)! :D I won't name the most expensive gifts I was given because I dislike to be bragging and it wouldn't be nice to read for the ones who gave me some rather modest items. :-$ ;) What I'd like to mention though is not a really rare item but is still priceless to me since I'm a very devoted follower of Guthix : Guthix robe top given to me as a present from one of my long time friends during my party. From that moment on I went on searching for bargains to buy me the full set and within two weeks I bought in game (not on forums): - Guthix robe legs: 200 mage logs + 150k (worth 350k to 400k) - Guthix mitre : 130k (worth 175k to 200k) - Guthix stole : 100k (worth 150k to 200k) - Guthix crozier : 120k (worth 150k to 200k) - Guthix cloak : 580k (worth 700k to 750k) The full set did cost me 1280k while it's worth 1930k to 2200k so it saved me something in between 650k to 920k all in all. I would have never had the cash to spend so much on my skilling outfit! :-w *happy happy* (All prices were taken from Zybez database at the moment I received the top as a present, namely on the 17th of September). Hello, :) The key I dropped while struggling with bank space, could not re-obtain, and that I still miss, is the one to access mith and addy ores in the slave mine in deep desert (Tourist Trap quest). Hello, :) For a maximum stat boost get the blessed coif and black d'hide set with snake skin boots, it's a rather good and very cheap alternative to ranger set/kharils/Armadyl/third age. Greetings, Zou Lou.

Hello, ;) This afternoon shortly after Jagex system update (around 3:45 PM GMT), I lost connection 4 times in a row at intervals of about one minute, thus causing me to quit playing for the day (I was world hoping and it did not help). I'm about to re-launch the game now and if I'm still experiencing the same problem I will let you know. EDIT1: it kept doing it. I had to reboot to solve the problem. Hello, :) If you don't care for cooking xp, barbarian fishing at Baxtorian falls is faster than fly fishing at Shilo. All you need to get started is a knife, 15 to 25 feathers or bait and to talk with Otto in the small hut south west of the falls. Once you start you will use roe, caviar and fish offcuts as bait. I started to catch leaping fish at level 75 and was able to make 44k fishing xp per hour, which is darn fast! :D Give it a try! 8-)

Okay, I'm not going to tell you to train on rock crabs and experiments... In my opinion they are overrated and ... overcrowded! :roll: Personally I trained up to 90 combat in the Security Stronghold. It's usually rather empty, they are monsters for all levels and all style of combat, the loots are decent and banking is fast with glory teleport to Edgy. I still go to Flesh Crawlers when I need herbs quickly (they hit only one's and the drop rate is very similar to Chaos Druids). Giant Spiders are good too (but no loots). Later on, Ankous will give you tons of bloods and deaths, plus a few clue scrolls level 3 on the way. I never timed how much xp I could get per hour, but it seems to me that defence goes pretty fast using a whip on Spiders and Flesh Crawlers. Maybe should you get a dlong for its special when you are not training strength with your dscimmy? Hello, :) You could use that money to raise all your skills to 70+ : - First of all I suggest you invest in managing your Kingdom to get coal and tree seeds. - Mine iron (and/or gold for crafting) up to mining level 70, and buy the coal you might need to smelt steel and smith steel plates or cannon balls. Alch your plates with your self made nats and/or sell your cballs. - Buy dragon hides to raise crafting. Make your own nats to alch all those d'hide sets. - Thieve the master farmers to get low level seeds, buy the higher level seeds from other players. Keep farming to get your herblore up. - Do not neglect agility, this skill helps greatly in nearly all the other skills. Hopefully you shouldn't spend too much in the process, you could even end up with more cash than what you started with. By then it will be about time to make your way to all stats at 75+, then 80, or maybe to invest in rares? :) Greetings, Zou Lou.

Hello, :) To speed up the process of crafting nats through the abyss, equip a spotty or spottier cape, boots of lightness and wield a mith pickaxe instead of a bronze one (weights zero kilo). To keep running, drink some (super) energy pot when banking. Greetings, Zou Lou.

Hello, :) When sold one by one, rings of dueling are worth 5k each. The same goes for amulet of strength in Edgy. Recoils are a good idea but don't expect to sell tons of them. I find it hard to sell any other kind of low level jewellery, especially in bulk. In my opinion, diamond jewellery is a total waste of time! You'd better alch those right away, or just sell off your stock of uncut diamonds. :roll: Dragonstone jewellery is selling pretty well but the margin is not tremendous. If you'd really like to try your hands at merchanting jewellery, go for fury amulets. With a bit of luck one can make 75 to 90k profit per trade. Greetings, Zou Lou.

If you are a member and you are not too much in a rush to get your death runes, do Gertrude's Quest, start Plague City to gain access to Ardougne west and raise kittens non stop to sell them to the citizens. Not the fastest way to get death runes, but by far the cheapest (it will cost you 100 coins and a few fishes for 100 death). :mrgreen: Greetings, Zou Lou.
