If you don't really care about HP, they go do pest control using clans (affliction, heart unit etc.) If you want to train 3-4 skills at once then do slayer. (Slayer, Strenght, Hitpoint, Prayer) If nither, go to daggonoths you don't really have to pay attention

I don't think that is true, Lost City is by far the best place to train slayer after 90 combat or so. Vanakka gives more cannonable tasks though.

so many people are maxing out now, the skilling process for most skills are way to fast. They are trying to make the game more challenging. 1. It is the same speed 2. It is a lot more realistic (before when mining iron, you would get the ore before the pickaxe touches the rock) 3. Why must everyone whine about every single update, be thankful they updated the game. People keep asking for something over and over (e.g. dragon full, and when it is released there are so many people complaning about it. If you want to play a game that never gets updated, go back to RSC.

I got member 3 days ago, and the day dragon full helm came out, i fought some mith dragons, but no helmet so far. Best drop was a rune battle axe, but killing them with addy bolts is really slow at 79 ranged. So, i am going to buy 2k slayer darts and kill some more there. :)
