I haven't had this problem. The best firewall that I know of is Norton AntiVirus. Great stuff ;). I suggest getting it.

I've tried this, I cannot go past the gate at the lesser demons. Is there a quest or something i need to get through there? heres what you do to get the key (this all takes place in the taverly dungeon): 1. go to the jail keeper and kill him for his key. 2. unlock the door. 3. talk to the prisoner, and he will give you a. 4. key. 5. use that key (i believe its called a dusty key) on the door. HIGH FIVE!
