I'm not sure, could be. I was talking about my personal set I use at nmz though. It's 100 xp per repair I think, regardless of percentage. So I repaired it around 430 times.

6 hour auto log has been around long before 2007. I honestly do not know when that was introduced, but it was for sure around by at least 2006. I was highly competitive on RuneMonkey back then (2006-2009). All one day records where actually 28-29.5 hours to get in that extra 5-6 hours from auto logs. I do know around early 2009 the "inactivity" timer was changed from 90 seconds to the current 5 minutes. I also remember you'd get logged off in rsc if you didn't move a tile in 5 mins. Edit- gwd afking in bandos room was short lived. iirc Jagex nerfed it shortly after it became popular. Players could also kill you kinda easily. Prior to gwd and after gwd bandits was the place for pkers and pvm accs. Miles15 was first to 200m def at bandits in January 2007.

I have a few pairs of these and am wondering how I should use them. Do they work with silverhawks? If so is there any skill worth training in wildy where I can use hawks and agile brawlers? I'm thinking I should just wear them during regular training if they activate with hawks, seeing as silver hawks provide lossless agility xp and all the brawlers do is save gp.

It is 75% for lowest 5 skills and 25% for all others. It goes by xp. I did agility though which is not one of my lowest skills, which is why I got 25%. 7.9-8 atm

From the current meteor promotion. 451 spins. started on 10k bonus agility (+25%) and also got 2027k straight rc xp(+75%) 1 spin = 15,842 bonus xp at +25% for space dust 1 spin = 4494.5 straight xp for meteors at +75% 1 spin should = 20,792.63 bonus xp at +75% for space dust, if my math is correct.
