I mean, the 'wow thats awesome' thing is nice, but I can only get so much out of that. If you saw any flaws and pointed um out, I'd be much more appreciative than someone who says lol nice, not that they're bad people or anything, its just a little request of mine. It'd probably look better if the head was centered... Hair AAed, and general structural issues where ironed out. Go look for some references, your chin is off.

If I had to use that pose, this is how I would shade the warrior.

My male friend whispers something in my ear while we're in a crowd, and midway through his whisper I jump back and yell: What? You like boys?! Priceless. All the sudden, he just makes this vulgar fart noise. I didn't want to notice it cause I was mad at him, but as soon as we left the class me and my friends just burst out laughing. Hilarious.

Let me restate for you: In my opinion, you shouldn't be practicing antomy using the computer. You should use a pencil. Check out your library for books on art, not 'how to draw a plane in 3 steps' but real art books that tell you about anatomy and techniques for art. I think pixel art is not the place for someone who is still learning fundamentals, because there is so much you have to worry about to make it look good that is just unnecesary with traditional media. I apologize if I insulted you.

My bad, forgot how evil the word no is. You asked, and I answered, I just didn't sugarcoat it. I don't know how to shade? Really? Why don't I tell hom how to improve? I already have. If you're so determined to make pixel art, go google pixel art and look at everything you see, go to sprite art.com, absorb everything and clear your schedule because you'll need countless hours of practice. But my best advice would be to learn anatomy irl and learn how to render things on paper first.

If you had a basic grasp of anatomy IRL, I'd be able to tell with your mouse drawings. I understand that its graudal, what I'm saying is pixeling will only slow you down, its an entire new discipline of techniques.

Why bother making pixel art if you can't draw IRL?

The computer is not the place to learn antomy. Use a pencil to learn, way better than a mouse or stylus. Why was he wearing boots? Didn't want to draw the feet? There is so much wrong with this. Get a diferant tutorial, wait actualy, don't. Don't use the internet to learn, it sucks. Get an art book and study it. I use Bridgemans. Go talk to you're art teacher.
