Too many colors, you could twice as well with half and less pillow shading. Also, the Ahrim guy really does look like a mumy, his skintight robes are shaded like dark brown bandages and he seems to lack enough flesh to actualy be alive. Sorry if a come off as rude, but I wanted to give some imput without actualy taking the time to be constructive. Take it as you will.

No. YOU SHOULD NOT USE PILLOW SHADNG. For the love of god, there will never be a case were pillow shading is exceptable. Know what your talking about before you try to instruct someone, please.

The background is acceptable, but the characters have far too many stray (misplaced) pixels, and its obvious, -in a bad way- that it was copied from a sketch. I say redo them and loose anything you even think is ill formed.

Not your best. Some areas lack any shading at all, all the black lines are super jagged, and other areas are pillow shaded. 6/10

Go for smoothness in AA (just zoom in to see how, basicaly its a 1-3 color gradient that fades into an adjacent color to take away the sharp edges of a pixel-neat trick) and search that Zelda windwaker thing on google for some cell shading. Or the simpsons :D

I say go for cell shading and focus on your lineart more. Learn up on AA (pm me if you must) and get a feel for shading with one or two colors. :wink:

Who does? Uh anyway it looks like it's your old style (which wasn't as good as your most recent) and there's not enough shading anywhere except the face which makes it look.. odd.. Seems my efforts at simplicity have been for naught?
