If I had an iron or steel dragon task I'd kill and leave the bars on the floor as normal an anvil in there people dreamed of for a while, it's just not effective enough for me, noted bars.. maybe would tempt me to pick them up but too much of a time consumption. Ranarr spawn isn't a reason for ranarrs to crash it's more of a reason for players to go down there to kill the chaos druids and pick the ranarrs up when they spawn.
  4. Yup I play with a level 3 skiller he always refused to make staffs, anything with a charge or imbue option he'd say "no!"

  9. Ranged with void works well protect from mage you don't get hit.
  10. I killed 162 frost dragons with cannon, void range pray mage, got bored going to go back slaying :P

  12. 630xp for using frost bones on altar, and simple to kill just wear karils top + melee bottom.
  13. Firecape 9/30, 60M Attack, 46M Hitpoints, a Whip & 16.1M split of Dragon claws today. Going for 60M Strength next (thank god rapier has a strength option!)

You can glitch back out sometimes :thumbsup: The doors are "too complicated to open while under attack", it's not a glitch that you can enter and exit really quick, because the boss hasn't attacked you yet. If the doors are too complicated to open then they should install automatic sliding ones :P I can't wait for next weeks update I hope it comes with a lot of tweaks!
  15. Do you realise if you right click lay trap they count as an NPC and count towards the NPC limit. we did that once without knowing and had no boss, no monsters thought "hey whats going on?"

  17. #1 ) The biggest time consumption is finding teams, you should be able to have a party of say 3 people then set your floor and complexity as normal. Then Join the quick-team area (through the barrier) and it will pair you with either 2 partys of 1 person or one of 2 and it will go to the floor you have set like you do normally. To filter all players to a world an offiical world should be made or just announce 117 as the official. Basically it'd take around 10 seconds to find a party instead of 15 minutes, it doesn't eliminate getting stuck with a bad team though! #2) I really think when a player leaves or disconnects the game should automatically reaccess the players stats and if it was on 5:5 it'd lower it to 4:4 so future mime rooms etc can be solved and you wouldn't lose experience the boss will be tweaked, skill doors and so on. #3) When a player leaves or disconnects their items should be dropped at base! no checking 30+ rooms for keys!
  18. You mean it's the only activity (as in the general term) that requires skills (which refers to teamwork) to get good payout. It's much like team-based activities like castle wars and stealing creation. Of course, if those had actual level system I can say the same thing too. :rolleyes: Yes, and I would argue good CW'ers are more skilled than people who have a lot of grind-99's like cooking etc. It's not only teamwork - you need a good memory, be able to prioritize kill order, have a large knowledge base (eg crush on skeles, etc), etc. I think there's nothing wrong with saying this "minigame" is a skill, just because it has so much breadth. I think it's a refreshing change, and requires at least some intelligence to train properly, unlike most RS skills. It's silly to say it fits the normal model as a "skill", but I don't see what the harm is by calling it one. It actually incentivises playing it more too. I don't think it requires skill at all, if you all grab tools, always on the move, and have good voice communication it's actually really straight forward, the attack styles is fairly simple... if jagex allow more ammo bound it'll shave time off definitely as the magic rune system is a little beeped atm.
