Your right maturity doesn not have to do with knowledeg and I never said it does... but the attitude you have coming in thinking you know everything.. does. You may know how TO DO construction but that doenst mean you know more about the methods and stratagies of it... You cannot be more experience and knowledable in construction then a person with 80+.
