  1. Good to hear Gabe, welcome back :) And yeah, sometimes OT just seems pretty dead, it's how we roll  As an aside, after what I've found out about Reddit recently, I'm not planning on ever going there again. Long story short, it's basically 4chan except hidden behind a respectable looking site.

I've only ever been tipsy while on the computer so I can't be sure, but I can see myself typing like that if I was completely hammered. Depends from person to person I guess, like some people will feel like sleeping on the floor when they're drunk and others would want to run a marathon.

May I nominate this for most unfortunate acronym? I stayed home from school with a headache and nausea. Not so fun.
  4. by the Black Box Revelation. That link is to the official music video, which isn't really PG13.
  5. Johnny Cash is one of my favorite artists. Good, funny song. 9/10.
  6. oh you kids it's smoking that makes you cool (credentials: was once your age) fang your friends a pack of reds reasons to disregard my advice, see; credentials Bravo. Being nauseous but not being able to throw up; being incredibly tired yet not falling asleep. Stop sending me mixed messages body, I rely on women to do that.
  7. I know another forum that does this thing too, was thinking of making this thread myself for a while since I like it there too. Anyway, onto the song. Certainly was a strange subject for a song. Musically, I thought it was pretty good. There were some minor things that annoyed me in the instrumentation, and his voice, while I liked it at first it started getting a bit annoying by the end. It was also a bit monotonous, it could have been a 1:30 song but just got doubled up without a lot of variation or stuff to make it interesting. All in all, 7/10. These guys are from the town I live in. Saw them live last summer over here, they gave a hell of a show.
  8. And to continue with that thought pattern, links on Facebook that'll be reposted on your wall immediately without your knowledge once you've clicked them. Now, I just never click Facebook links unless I'm sure where they lead to.
  9. I think I might've said this before, but forums that won't let you view them unless you have an account.

And now I've got stuck in my head, thanks. Smoking everyday seems like it'd be a bit of overkill though, I prefer leaving some time between two smokes.
  14. Spent the last hour listening to him. This guy's a genius.

I always thought of realism as being the middle ground, you're not looking through rose-tinted glasses but you're not being pessimistic either, you're just looking at it the way it is. Oh well, I've been wrong before. I think I'm sick right now, not sure.
  16. Eating a good meal.
  17. I spent a lot of time being Distracted too :P Though honestly, I'm a chronic procrastinator myself, should really do something about it. Eh, I'll get to it some time.

Totally just had a relaxing evening. I'm ready for some sleep. To elaborate, quite literally took the scenic route on the way home from school today: I came out of school just as day was transitioning into night, sun setting on the one side and moon shining on the other side. Combined with the left-over snow and the frozen lake, it made for a nice, relaxing bit of time. Afterwards I ate some great pizza with my dad and now I'm just chilling. Also my first day wearing lenses too day. All in all, had a good day.
  19. Even with that it would take ages to become deaf because of the music. Take it from someone that has 1 deaf ear. I know that won't make me deaf, but it still hurts my ears to hear something that loud.

Just force yourself out of bed at 6am one morning. You'll end up getting tired earlier the day after, thus going to bed earlier. Trick to get yourself out of bed: remove your alarm clock from your bedside table and set it on the floor a step or two, three from your bed. That way, you'll have to get out of bed to turn off the alarm. I'm sick of this damn cold wave. Spring, hurry the hell up and come over here.
  21. Just to make sure all my annoyances on this page relate to my inevitable trip to deaf town: songs on my iPod that for some reason are over double the volume of the rest. I have sound check on for a reason Apple.
  22. Feel Good Inc - Gorillaz.
  23. If you have that sound it means you're going deaf because of the music. I know. It's kind of worrying me to be honest.
  24. That beeping noise in my ear after hearing loud music for too long.
  25. Same here, except a lot warmer, -5 to -10, which is really low at any time of the year here, but especially for the start of February. Also, snow annoys me. It's fun for like 2 minutes before it's just something that slows you down.
