I believe that JaGex staff should take a break from making in-game updates and focus more on improving their Customer Support, because it is one of the, if not the worst part of their "service." They (JaGex Staff) should focus on the customer's needs first before their own frustration's. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer because Jagex has neglected my needs by not looking at my appeal most closely, I mean for God's sake, the appeal responses are also automatic. Also I mean that JaGex's need for more profit and cash has been placed first than to great customer service. JaGex expects to take my money after their own laziness. P.S. I'd rather be called Carzykid1321 rather than SS4Alex, thank you. :D

Well is there a way I can send a letter to JaGex concerning Runescape? A P.O. box maybe?

Well you might not be able to answer this but, is their someway to message JaGex about Runescape without Customer Support? Well, it is illegal and falls under Rule 8. Well unfortunately I am the kind of person who would rather follow the rules then to get in deep trouble, but yet JaGex doesn't know that.- Also it is a miracle that I am not flamming everyone's and JaGex's heads off. :?

I use both constantly everyday, especially emotes, well now that I am forced to.

Well I am, as well I am sure you are a customer of JaGex, we pay $5 a month, we should at least be able to show our views, tell our full story and we should be entitled to a fair "trial" before any major offenses come onto our accounts. Excuse me, this may sound weird, but what is hentai?

It is not really the Gower brothers or Constant Tedder, but it is the people who they employ, I'm sure Andrew and Paul, being the creators of the game really care about it and its players, but most of the time, it is not they who reply to Customer Support messages or make decisions on to ban or mute a person or not. It is Moderators who use computers to reply for them and even make banning decisions. Even if it is personal, it seems that these Staff members don't really care about the game or its customers.

Thankyou MidnightHarvester and hardwick, you two are one of the last intelligent people who post on these forums, people who think about their post, before they actually post. You guys are maybe right, but I want to contact JaGex extremely bad right now, but they won't allow me via the message system and the message I want to send them is way beyond the 300 character limit, and can't post on forums (RSOF) of course. :cry: Thanks for the advise guys. It helped a lot. But I'm still pretty much confused on what to do now.. P.S. I can't PM you ingame, MidnightHarvester XD

Almost exactly what they told me to "start another account." There is only one reason for this kind of injustice, JaGex is no longer what it used to be, it is now a large company who has no other intentions than to increase profits. They are now finding more and more ways to get people to pay more money, even resorting to Banning and Muting permanently for ridiculous reasons. I believe that this is morally wrong in at almost every standpoint. (excluding JaGex's of course)

1.You are suggesting something that is against the rules. 2.If I did that, my pure account would be banned too and that might lead to an IP address ban. 3.That didn't help much...

Which website? The one I mentioned and got me muted? If that was what were you asking, it was "newgrounds.com" Which is pretty much a safe site if you ask me.

Dear the kind people of Tip.it Forums, I was recently permanently for what I think was unfair to me. ~Why I was Muted~ [hide] [/hide] Now it is hard to choose what to do, I am 14 years old, no credit card of course, but I have a cell phone of my own. I still want to play Runescape but on an unmuted members account. but I could not open a new account because my parents won't allow it, I have some cash of my own, but it's only a mere $80. What should I do?

On the afternoon of May 5th, 2007, It was any normal day in Rogue's Den, World 99. The conversation somehow drafted into videogame systems, movies, and then internet flash movies. I then said, while still speaking of flash movies I mentioned to URL of a certain site, specifically "newgrounds.com." Then two players, one of them being a player mod shouted "reported!" At first I was confused and then thought nothing of it. I then played a few rounds of Castle Wars, I then logged off for the evening. After a long day of school I sat down and relaxed, powered on my computer and started Mozilla Firefox. I then went to the Runescape mainsite and went to the tip.it home world, world 99. After I typed in my username and then password, I noticed that I had 2 new messages from JaGex, I first thought I was finally invited to become a player mod. (Which was believe-able, as I had no blackmarks and constantly helped newer players) But a JaGex Mod notified me via message box that the status of my account had been changed and I was permanently muted in-game and on the Runescape Official Forums for breaking game Rule 11, Advertising. Opening the appeal page, I see that I have 9.0 blackmarks out of 10 (previously 0) and my flag is now red (previously green) and my current account status is "permanently muted." I thought it was a mistake, after viewing the evidence, I did not remember saying that, but slowly, I remembered the entire conversation. I then appealed my offense and categorized it as an apology, but the offense still stood. After sending many messages to JaGex about my mute, (a total of of nine in a period of one month) *even one where a JaGex mod states that he knows I'm innocent* Jagex sent me a message if I ask more about my mute (which they say the decision is FINAL), I would be punished further (e.g. permanent ban) and my messages will be blocked by JaGex. What really got me angry was that JaGex continuously accused me as "being a threat to other younger players" and "Inputing a URL which is hazardous to the safety to other player's computers." What is the skill(s) you neglect the most? Personally, in my nooby days (first 2-5 days playing Runescape on Crazykid1321) I trained my mining from 1 to about 49, but once I reached that level, I left the skill entirely until I did The "Hero's quest" which then I trained it to its current level of 52. I also haven't really tried hunter. (currently level 5) Please also share the skills you have abandoned.

I support this simple yet useful idea. This would solve the problem of losing customers in crowded worlds, such as World 2 due to "double trading."

I'd like to see an update to the cannon, such as the Whip Cannon, which of course, uses abyssal whips as ammo, or a Dwarf Cannon that actually shoots out dwarfs. Really, I'd like to see a cannon which uses a different type of ammo.

Hmm.. Banjo-Kazooie series. Super Mario World. Kingdom Hearts I and II. Grand Theft Auto Vice City. The Sims Series. Super Smash Brothers Series. Super Mario 64. Final Fantasy IX and X.

This could have taken place in the past, it explains the creation of Kingdom Hearts, how King Mickey obtained his keyblade and the ancestors (or the reincarnations) of Sora, Riku and Kairi. This might hint that the next game in the series might be a prequel.

Almost impossible (well without an unlimited amount of genie lamps) but Slayer gains the same exp as HP per kill. So most likely you will have 99 HP then you do 99 Slayer. EDIT: Forget my post, didn't read the post well enough.

I am sure that there is WAY more than 200K ACTIVE Runescape players, even on the weekends there is over 200k+ players, so if we use your logic, everyone is on at the same time on the weekend. EDIT: Let's stop while we are ahead before this turns into a flame war.
