Awesome, I'm so Maging :P (Last time I was down there I had a pathetic 80 Mage, lets see how Rex takes my newly acquired 88 (V)agic :twisted: ). I'm ok with other mages coming along (me and two others max, I think Spud's one of them) and I'll show anyone how to Mage Rex properly, just watch where I go (safespot) and how I lure Rex, and thats all we really do lol. I'll be the Mage luring Rex, so no one else go for him while I'm bringing him over to the shore :P .

Everyone Can get the puzzle wrong, i get it wrong but accidentally clicking the wrong answer I havn't messed up a single puzzle in my last 160 trips :P . Its just memory and reflexes, which one should build fairly quickly after a dozen or two trips.

Go to the guide on the Tip.it site, the answers to all the puzzles are there. Once you know all the answers and can recognize them easily and quickly, all you need to do at the puzzle door is click on it right when a monster attacks you (or a millisecond later). That will give you the time betwee two monster attacks, which if not now eventually will be plenty of time to answer the puzzle (I've opened the chest 200 times, once you do it enough you can basically map out the tunnels right when you go down, and puzzles are extremely easy :P .)

Erm...Excuse Me, Leesters is one of the best Dagg King Men I know, along with Cdub_Foo. Those two together take Supreme and Prime every trip on their own while I control rex. At the end of our last trip Lee told me that I'm a Rex Pro. Meaning I was Killing Rex with time to spare and help them kill Supreme. :D If you just looked two posts down you'd notice I was joking :wink: .

Isn't the average life of a MMORPG game estimated to be about 10 years? I'm guessing that Runescape will last a little longer, so maybe 5-7 more years.

I wanted to get a high Magic level, so I spent over 7mil of my at the time 8mil buying the nats to get from 82 to 85 Mage :lol: . (Of course I made it back alching, but it was a very slow process)

What he said :P . It is impossible for anyone to be certain of anything at the Barrows based on their own data, because the sample size is too small (too greatly affected by luck). But if, say 100 people all recorded their drops for 50-100 trips or so, then you've got a study and can prove something with over 99% accuracy. I doubt we'll ever be able to create a # of brothers killed study though, as it would be a huge waste of time for most people, including me :? .

They have that skill in the show Avatar by Nickelodeon. They call it 'earth bending' though. Ya, but I don't like that name lol. Besides, they're ability to move earth stinks. Even like the best guys on that show can only lift a rock up, not shape it. I'm talking pillers, spears, spirals, giants waves of earth, sandstorms, the works :wink: . EDIT: 666th Post :twisted: . 1) Teleportation (iteresting how everyone else likes this, everyone I've met always thought it was stupid I'd want this lol) 2) Terrashifting, the power to move and shape earth. Earth is my fav. of the four elements 8-) , and it would be so cool as a super hero power. There's so many things you could do with the power to move and shape earth with intense power, along with perfect craftsmanship (FMA ftw). 3) Timestopping would be the most useful, but if I just wanted something fun the ability to make a Diamond armor would be cool. I could make it cover my body, or just my hands and feet, or whatever. I could make perfect blades out of it, and there are so many weapons I could make. Pair that with #2 and I'd be the perfect Earth superhero 8-) .

90% of "statistics" that I hear about the Barrows are total bulls**t, and I'm betting this is too. Give me a 10000 trip study of that and I may believe you, but all your handing out are random numbers. In fact I'll prove you wrong right on the spot. If I were to kill all 6 brothers with your so called "statistic", the average rate of getting items from the chest would be about 1:9. In a study on the RSB with thousands of trips worth of data collected, the average was found to be approx. 1:20. Have a nice day 8-) .

I don't even know why anyone bothers to explain inflation, cause no one ever seems to get it at all. (1)75k per day by EVERYONE using the Kingdom can easily take out 100s of millions a day from the game, which will most definitely affect prices. That along with Crystal weapons and Barrows degration helps counter inflation. (2)When you farm, do you add cash into the game? NO. Jagex is taking cash money out of the game, actual cash. (3)Also, that 200 coal you got didn't take any work, so you make that profit with almost no effort at all. Last time i checked, 10% of 7.5mil is 750k. not 75k. The max amount of cash you can use each day is 75k if I'm not mistaken. THe 10% thing only applies if less then 75k is used per day. EDIT:Keeping the rant up for anyone who didn't get my post, but I don't think I proved you wrong lol. :oops: = , its so much fun explaining this to the five year olds. See that huge, caps locked word there? The one I specifically capslocked to make sure no one would post the crud you just said? With EVERYONE who's using the Kingdom a great deal of cash would be taken out of the economy daily. Think about this, if only 1,000 people used the Kingdom thats 75k (per day) x 1000 people, or 75Mil gp taken out of the game a day. Now, 1000 is a great deal less then 1% of the Members Population. Say, 10,000 used it. Thats 750mil going out of the game EVERY DAY. 750 MILLION GP. Get it? No? Oh well, I'm not explaining it again.

Yes, Supreme can be pretty nasty :? . I'll never forget the time he almost killed me. Everyone was going down the ladder into the Dagganoth Lair, but the meleers did a pathetic job of controlling Supreme, so he ended up chasing me. I got hit for 30, 3 times in a row, and in TORAG armor for Christ's sake! Thankfully I saved myself with a shark, and while I lured Rex he hit two zeros on me (If he had hit just a 10 I'd be dead). Thats the closest I've been to dying down there. Hey, if anyone's on tonight (the next 5 hours), does anyone want to go on a DK trip? I got supplies for a trip or two, and I finally have a free night :mrgreen: . Pm me in game.

There is two pictures about this... 1. IMHO It is HARDER TO DIE THAN TO SURVIVE @ Dagg Kings...Reason Being, Mage Prayer Saves You, No Matter What. 2. If you are uneducated and don't know what you're doing, your as good as dead... If everyone is somewhat experienced and knows there job things can run very smoothly, and trips can last for a very long time. But if you go with a bunch of morons one mess up and everyones dead. Here's a list of things that could cause chaos in a matter of seconds down there (off the top of my head. 1) A CANNON. If you bring a cannon down there with me EVER I will KILL YOU. 2) Mage can't control Rex properly (i.e., hes an idiot) 3) Meleers let Supreme get to the Rangers who forget to be in their safe spot (Ever fought Prime and Supreme at once? No? Good...) 4) A moron gets hit by outside rangers and Kings, run around room like a chicken with his head cut off, making it impossible to control any King and causing chaos. 5) Some [developmentally delayed] gets cocky and stands in the middle of the room right when Rex (or some other King, Rex would be the worst) spawns. 6) Mage stands in southeast corner with Mage Protect on, Supreme gets too him (no meleers or they don't do their job), Mage has to tele and Rex goes on a rampage. 7) Team fails to propery set up when going down the ladder. 8) Mage uses a multitarget freezing spell on Rex, when Rex is realeased he wanders aimlessly towards the other members of the team. 9) Leesters is on the team. If any of those 9 things happen (there are tons more, those are just the ones I though of right now) then the whole trip is guna explode in the teams face. So, in short, DON'T Dk WITH A GROUP OF MORONS.

Actually, the first time I went I was with a group of 6 people (me&someone else maging, 2 ranger, 2 melee) and all I did was watch the other mage lure Rex to the safespot. All I did was watch and fight that one trip and I pretty much got it down 8-) (gota watch the 76's though, their nasty when they get a string of lucky hits :? )
