  1. Again, same problem as with the answer one. It says there are apples on the tree, so it has to be two or greater.
  2. Mint Chocolate rules all, hands down.
  3. The [bleep]? It seems like the ONLY reason you are against homosexuality because it is 'icky', you are perfectly fine with two women why? I mean, why is it not immoral for two females to be gay but immoral for a man to be? It makes no sense. Isn't it obvious? His moral dogma must allow for porn.
  4. I was thinking that, but note that the first use of the plural indicates that there is more than one apple in the tree. It has to be two.
  5. Let us know how he tastes if he doesn't come home with roses. $5 on turkey.
  6. Oh, the irony. Go back to Algebra class and learn this crap instead of cheating off people 'cause you're too lazy and stupid to figure it out yourself. Don't know if that's what anyone else was thinking, but let's be blunt; this is pathetic.
  7. Key word here being gentics, I hope you realize. Who in God's name told you the only reason for sex is procreation? Don't say the Church, 'cause you'd be misinformed if you thought that was the proper source for such a ludicrous belief. I've taken seven years of learning this crap, so don't respond unless you've got some sources to back you up; sex is more than just 'procreation', even the Church testifies to that. And on top of that, what about homosexuality is "unhealthy for society and people"? I'd love to hear your take on it.
  8. Even if its incorrect only because the person typing it up is half asleep? [/hijacking]
  9. Pfft, 3am here. And I start back up school tomorrow #-o . Sorry, but if I see a set opinion I believe incorrect and have an example to counter it, I will respond :P .
  10. Counter-example: A person believes the human race should die, does not believe and does not want to believe that humans are "good", and has a means to bring the end to the race. You, somehow, persuade him to believe otherwise, and thus instill in him an opposing belief to his prior one. Sick, I know. [Though, still trying to grasp the idea of "forcing someone to believe something they don't want to", something I can't see as anything more than a physical impossibility. Expound por favor.]
  11. I work in a restaurant, with waiters and waitresses in their twenty's. Like... half of the people I work with are gay, openly. Couldn't care less, in fact I couldn't even tell to start with  .
  12. :-s What's so " :-s " about the joke?
  13. You didn't see the fuss made over nova's picture... neither did I, but I heard it was a huge affair. What? From what I can tell, all of that's still on the thread... around page 70 and after or so.
  14. Alcoholic :shame: .
  15. Which would probably leave... very few in the OT :-w . But ya, that was weird... and annoying.
  16. Then try studying Eastern religion for a bit*, 'cause you seem to be in the "rebellion against monotheism" phase right now :| . [My personal fav is Theravada Buddhism, but each one teaches something different yet complementary to the teachings of others, so don't just look at one, look at 'em all.]
  17. It was an inside ironic joke [unfortunately for OT'ers, meaning a lot of people here apparently didn't get it]; I wasn't actually being serious when I said that  . Though, who said anything about envy and jealousy :| ?
  18. Or, you know, a fireplace, some wood, and a match :P .
  19. Eh, I was kind of going off the idea that to be completely free of any and all evil thoughts, our choices in life would be limited to the extent that it would hard to say that we have free will, or total free will at the least. Now, if a new bar was set limiting the 'evil level' to which human thoughts could go (or at least moving the bell curve a bit), I could see people retaining free will; we'd just have higher standards as a society for what is good and what is evil. Maybe he already does, but because he doesn't make it obvious to us we simply ask for more? Maybe twenty million Jews were supposed to die, but God did some minor intervening, to the extent where he could still remain hidden? What if that fourth plane was really going to hit it's target, but God intervened? What if hunger and disease would be much worse then they are today, but God has already done a little to help alleviate some of the pain? The problem is, we just can't know :| . We'll just keep on asking for a perfect world until we get it, and when we do, we'll just keep asking for more...
  20. Ok, sorry, but I disagree. "God" gave these people a brain. If this brain that "God" created was limited and "God" made the brain to never have bad thoughts, they wouldn't murder or do anything bad. Would they? But that would be taking from their free will :wall: . Really, do you guys want every human being to be a programmable robot merely for the sake of peace? Sure, the world is a better place overall, but is worth the sacrifice of free will, of individuality, of purpose? [side note: Good and bad are relative; there's no clear line. Pretty much every action made by men has at least a little of either of those complementary forces in them. So how would you describe a person "completely free of bad thoughts"? Someone with no mind to begin with?]
  21. Christ kid, one school administrator pulled a stupid, a year ago. Don't act like it's the frikkin' downfall of society or something :| .
  22. If you want my advise go for it, you will never know untill you ask her and you don't want to spend every minute your with her wondering because that just stinks major, don't fear rejection rejection happens to everyone it's a part of life. O:) Where on earth did you get that quote? I can't find it anywhere on the last like 5 pages...but either way, if the guy with the ex girlfriend problems needs any advice, I'd be happy to give seeing as how I literally just went through something just like that. Was surfing around the first couple pages for a little nostalgia [dang a lot of big members on the first pages are banned o_O] and I stumbled across the source of the quote. It's on page 3  . Geez that's old... and random...
  23. Christ people, they're females. It's like none of ya'll from General have ever seen one in your life. Calm down. I feel like a broken record -_-". Only losers feel the need to post a picture of their abs on an internet forum where no one cares what you look like whatsoever. [That, and I think a new rule was added that disallowed that  .]
  24. How much more blatant could they make it that there was going to be a sequel :| ? Anyways..., check the laptops. There's no vital information on them, but there are a few interesting emails to read that give you something of an idea as to what's going on. Oh, and you're going to laugh at how the professor types his emails. He makes 1337speakers look like geniuses. That, and you'll get a kick out of the email about Mexico :-w . [Oi, types this before reading yomom's post >_<. Anyways, if you didn't steal the pen from his coatsleeve during one of the intermissions, it's on the desk table by the Animus. Though, yomom, where in the emails did you find out the source of the writings on the walls? I just assumed it was assassins, but I didn't see any obvious reasons in the messages :-s .] Praise Allah :o! Though, I hope they make the combat system more than just for looks in the next few games, even though it does look awesome. There's a certain point at which one's fighting skill really can't get any better [reacting to every attack with a counter, attacking in circles and randomly, it's really not too hard to perfectly master the system], and once that point is reached enemies aren't made harder by requiring more skill, but by countering more (uncontrollable) or limiting the number of lethal counters (which I'm sure you guys noticed as the game progressed). Maybe we'll be able to do cooler combos than just "x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x"... :-k . Or not. We'll just have to wait and see I guess.
  25. Pfft, just a BS myth. Last night I had a dream someone took a shotgun and shot me eight[ish] times, in different parts of my body. For some reason, I told this person to stop being a moron, stop missing the vitals, and just shoot me in the frikkin' heart to end it. Then I got a giant hole through meh left chest from a last bullet, and I plopped down in a sea of my own blood after dying immediately from being hit. Just kept on dreaming after that though.
