Open your BMP file in a program like MSpaint, Go to "Save as" and select ".jpg" as the format to save in. Did this help?

Haven't had PE class in a few years but I remember my best run was like 6:50 or so.

This question is too simple, check the sticky's which have lots of good info on how to get started. And yes, you can make sigs with Photoshop.

He was a big trouble maker. Anyone want to update the full city pic with all the new additions? Since Virtue is away, someone else has to do it or else this thread is taking more submissions without any purpose.

This idea was attemped last year, mainly Varrock was roughly finished. It's an insane project if attempted at the highest level of accuracy, I suggest starting small like only concentrating on a city or town. Another option is to make a really zoomed out view of the RS world with only main stuff put into the map which covers everything. These are just my ideas but GL however you go about this.
