Golden/Holiday Scythe Discussion
Here's something I'm wondering - why is it so bad if they re-release an old holiday item? Yes, it sucks for the older players who now don't get to feel special because they own an item some players will never get and it represents how long they've been a part of RS. On the other hand - you start RS. You see these cool items such as the scythe, bunny ears, rubber chicken, etc. And you know you cannot, will not ever own one of these items. No matter how you play it, it sucks for one group or another. I've often wondered if it would be a good idea for Jagex to cycle through holiday items. If they have 10 unique items for each holiday, just run them through a 10-year cycle. If you play the game for 10 damn years, you deserve access to every item. (Ignoring speculation about the longevity of RS given the current situation.) Some people argue that stuff like the golden scythe, squirrel ears, easter carrot was released for all the whiners who wanted the scythe, bunny ears and rubber chicken respectively. I'd like to point out that not re-releasing the scythe, bunny ears and rubber chicken is just catering to whiners who want to feel special and have a sense of entitlement. Anyways, I'm not saying they should do it, I'm saying that (to me) the reasons for not re-releasing the items seem about as good as the reasons FOR releasing the items. As for similar items, why not? The Royal Crown is in no way, shape or form a party hat. The easter carrot is not the rubber chicken. The squirrel ears are not bunny ears. The golden scythe is not the scythe.

Pack yak or Overloads?
Imo, get extremes and a unicorn, THEN ask this question. Best answer is still both, and with a bit of effort it's probably quite doable.

Q
Task was easy anyways because you just had to find a non-competitive world. What are fight-pits boosting anyways? As for being flamed, in PVP people flame you.. well... the sake of flaming you. They have huge egos and think you cheat or play unfairly when you win and lord it over you when you lose.

I love the line "any item may be used as long as they are not in the "restricted items" area." line. You are allowed to do anything so long as it is not disallowed. You are not allowed to do anything that is not allowed.- It's Super Effective!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I thought that hood is crap, but it will be awesome for switching to lunars tbh. Well, still crap for RC XD- Frost dragons have a new attack (gf bots for a week or two)
Nex has much higher requirements. You basically need to be a 138 with ovls, chaotics and 50m+ worth of gear. Minimum. 95%-99.9% of people at frost dragons don't have those.- It's Super Effective!

That's kinda what makes the fight hard... Also, barrows is a bad idea. Since (during my attempts) I usually died in the blood phase, I'd take damage after I died and therefore would be forced out of the death menu without choosing items. Scary time was when I spawned with 300LP because of left-over blood pool damage. Tho you said Bandos so you should be ok. Have you ever fought the luminescent icefiend? Run around the room like the icefiend is attacking you. Like Zaaps, I think it's not worth trying to attack him when he's flying.
