Why did we trust a new guy to keep up with this thread? He hasn't been active since his last post.

I went nightwalking for about 3 hours with a friend last night. Things discovered: -An abandoned masonic lodge that shouldn't be too hard to get into -A nearly complete construction site with virtually nothing to keep anyone out -A local Walgreens that has a broken thermostat (it was -196F last night) -[wagon] Jack in the Box employees who close their dining room 30 minutes early I really really want to get into that masonic lodge.

How is Kate Beckinsale winning? I was under the assumption that you all had taste.

I can't imagine what one person would need more than a quart of milk per day for unless they were doing something abnormal like baking lots of cakes.

My guess is so that they don't have to clean the pitcher.

Here in germany we usually don't have someone to do the bagging. The cashier slides it over the scanner, you bag it yourself. And tbh, I'm happy with that - A nearby supermarket had helpers for bagging, with a tip jar. Annoyed the hell out of me. Sure it may be slightly faster because I might not be completely done packing when the cashier is done and I need to pay, but we're talking about a few seconds. And I can't stand anything where tips are expected instead of a thank you for a good service that went beyond what's required anyway. Usually I'd use the lane where nobody was there to help with the packing, even if the line was longer... I might as well scan the items myself as well if they aren't going to bag them.

I hate gated communities. They're a pain in the ass for everyone that doesn't live there and they drive up the prices of otherwise average homes/apartments because apparently adding a gate makes a place more "upscale".

Noxx, remember that you want to get revenge on the kid, not the parents. They might be dicks but they didn't cake your car. I say wait until they're old enough to have their own car and then cake it. That should give them plenty of time to forget that they've ever done anything to you and then they'll instantly realize that being an idiot kid has bitten them in the ass.

Just stick with coffee or drinks. Don't make this any more complicated than it needs to be lol The first date is supposed to set you apart from every other guy that's available and leave a lasting impression. Deviating from the norm a little bit can only help. Besides, I can't drink and I hate coffee.

Well it looks like I really am going to have to end things with this girl (no muggi, we still haven't banged) She's becoming increasingly distant again and there's not even the excuse of school or work this time. So in the meantime, anyone got any ideas for first dates? I'm looking for things that allow you to get to know each other better while also actually giving you something to do. Best I've got is feeding ducks.
