Ice arrows are pretty common most people usually have some left over from quests.

They both have an effect and the antifire lasts about 5-6 min. Hope it helps

Yeah there are a lot of people and it would be really hard to keep up with like 6million people or whatever it is

Ice barrage can hit more than 120..it can hit 200+ easily as it can hit 9 squares so it can hit upto 270 And even more then that if the monsters are stacked up
