I don't believe you can buy Molten Glass from any Store/NPC. Just start the Heroes Quest and do the following part of it:

12 Magic Logs - Buy off of another player. 6 Molten Glass - Make it using the crafting skill, or buy off of another player. 1 Charcoal - Keldagrim General Stores, Tai Bwo Wannai (Karamja) General Store. 1 Spices - Ardougne Spice Stall Lockpick (how many do i need) - 50+ Anti pot - Anti-posion, make one using the herblore skill. It's not hard. Ice Gloves - Refer to this Quest. Stat Restore Pot (how much is these each - and how many do u think i would need) - 7k Each, about 8+.
