Go to the Desert Mining Camp (Slave Mining Camp). It's directly south of Santay's Pass. Anyways, there's a crate right next to the Cart in the center of the Camp (It has a big Camel attached to it, you can't miss it). Search it. The's your clue.

Worlds are removed by JaGex for testing and maintenance. No need to play in a world that is having a long-term or short-term work being done on it. Some worlds have been missing for months, World 22 was gone for a week. Sure did tick off the Stakers.. No need to worry, or make a topic about this. Worlds are taken away for testing and maintenance. Nothing you can do, you don't own those worlds.

Why is Dragon not perfect? It doesn't degrade (Like Crystal). Doesn't have an annoying and quite costly repair price (again...the degrading).

No it doesn't. What person likes wearing a heavy chunk of rock on their head, legs, arm(s), and body? Granite looks bad, and has worse stats than dragon. Dragon, however, comes in a delicious color of red. Not too dark, not too bright. Just..perfect. Dragon is unique, some Dragon equipment requires a certain quest to be completed, or can only be obtained through a tough monster.

When I first became a member, the first skill I trained was buying dragon weapons and armour! Oh wait..that's not a skill, but that is the first thing I did.
