That item database is seriousely mis-informed -.- That's the Black Dagger from the Legend's Quest, it's given to you by a ghost named Echned Zekin. You use it to kill Viyeldi. It's becomes the Glowing Dark Dagger when you use it on Viyeldi. Note: You cannot keep a Dark Dagger after you've completed the Legend's Quest.
