You forget, people buy Uncut Onyx's with Chaos Runes. Easy to get and cheap. No real demand for them either. If anything, Chaos Runes should go up in price (slightly).

No moron is going to sell Obsidian Capes for Tokkul. Waste of money, it's the second-best cape in the game. The demand for Obsidian Capes and Obsidian Shields is too high to waste for Tokkul.

Go to the Wheat Field near the Mill in Lumbridge. Equip a blue gnome top, a turquoise gnome bottom, and a oak shortbow. Then do the Think emote. Uri will appear, talk to him to get your next clue/reward. Click here for a list of Gnome clothing and the proper colors.
