A good World is 104, actually its the only world. Don't expect it to be full of people all the time though. Takes about 3+ days to get full Naval. You cannot "Solo" this mini-game, it absolutely requires 6 people (3 on each team) to start a game.

3 Pots (All 4 Dose). But, I ran out near the end of the quest. So, I suggest: 4 - 5 Pots (All 4 Dose).
