  1. At least the other guy gave me CONSTRUCTIVE critisim You are what we call a Gallery Noob. That is constructive. Read it and you wil see what you idd wrong, and what you can improve on. At least know what your talking about before you flame someone. Just wanted to yell at shinyred. Must've got a lot off your chest  . But you, I was a bit harsh. My bad... I didn't quite say you were harsh. Just the way you said it as if you were a part of an elite graphics squad from a supertalented graphics board pissed me off. "You are what WE like to call a graphics noob," Jesus christ.

At least know what your talking about before you flame someone. MrShinyredplanet - Dude, get your head out of your own poo barrel and deflate that ego. No need to get on your high horse and call him a gallery noob. The way you gave the critique, whilst I do admit is constructive criticism, it's very easy to not take it as such. The photos seem a bit average. I'm no photo buff, but with the first one perhaps cropping the picture to focus on the plane might be a good idea. As I said, I have no clue about cameras and effects so I'm not much help. Just wanted to yell at shinyred.
  3. I don't quite get it. Does each participant make a signature each? Or will the team make a collaboration thingy? Anyways, looking forward to seeing the outcome of this one :P Good to see pixelling again on this forum.
  4. Tip.it doesn't allow transactions to be made via the tip.it site, fully understandable as they would be at risk of blame, etc. However I sell my signatures at Runescape Community where they allow it and post my signatures here.
  5. Bump for new sig and avvy :P Currently I'm working on - The fist of guthix signature, almost finished. - A quick two man signature/no background - a top secret banner
  6. I agree with you fully. At first I thought that it would be exciting/interesting to see what anon does with a real life protest, and it was all good up until the second and third protest, where I saw the up rise in meme posters and less anti Scientology posters. Then I realised that paying attention to the protests were a waste of time and eventually the protesters annoyed me as much as the scientologists.
  7. I'd have to say harden. Who doesn't want extra defense points am I right?
  8. I wouldnt be so quick as to bunch the people together. What I'm getting, do correct me if I'm wrong, is that this jokerface guy or people, whatever, actually care enough to do decent art. I was observing him draw it while he made it, and he did take a lot of care. Im thinking he got a bit of ...whats the word. Anyways, all I'm saying is, I dont think the jokerface guy would resort to mere scribbling.
  9. Its just weird that they do actually do a good job, I really like em. But why oh why would they waste their time drawing on our logo? I mean, come on, this must be like his 5th time doing it?
  10. Dangit, the jokers back again :o
  11. I had a brief look around and haven't found a topic like this so excuse me if I missed it, or it doesn't belong in here. But moving on to the point, I've recently taken quite a big liking to drama recently. Recently, a group of about 10 people I was involved with, were given the oppurtunity to represent our highschool at, what's called the Sydney West Drama festival (Well, Sydney being the capital of NSW (one of the most renowned cities in Australia) and the western side of it), Pretty much just a mediocre gathering of school performances, to perform a piece we had to create from scratch, with our only stimulus being a picture book. In being accepted into this festival, I got to experience the joys of backstage, teching runs, wearing makeup and squeezing ten people into those funky rooms with the mirrors with all the lights around them :P I enjoyed every minute of the experience, but I wondered whether anyone else got to take the spotlight where you play a major role in the development of whatever it is your doing, be it a lengthy monologue/solo, whatever. Which brings me to the question this topic poses. Have you had the chance to show off your performing art talent onstage regularly? Were you the focus? I'm assuming we have a large amount of semi successful bands which would have this oppurtunity. If so, do you have any decent stories about it? Have any particularly humorous screw ups on stage. Sorry if this topic isn't up to standards, it's late and all that jazz. You can run wild with the basic gyst of it, show off if you want, I truly don't care.
  12. Flattered heh. Lyra, who is like, the awesomest person evar <3, Derek and Aaron the lion would be my favourites. :P
  13. Its a good pixel, no denying that. But only the parts you actually tried with. The coal pile or whatever and the ground, if done properly, would boost this sigs quality up, a lot. But good work. I'd consider more contrast to the shirt, and in general I guess, and perhaps moving/changing the text to make it fit in just a bit more.
  14. The guy (or girl perchance heh) obviously spent a lot of time on it, just a shame it has to be on our logo. But when you look at it, it is a lot more elegant than the vast amounts of manparts that are drawn all the time. I guess what I'm trying to say is kudo's to the artist who made it for being, at least a little bit, enthusiastic and creative with the graffiti and actually putting effort in. Bit of advice would be to move it elsewhere though.
  15. Looking great everyone, keep it up. Looking forward to seeing all your cards.
  16. That is correct, sir.
  17. I would suggested a smaller , unbolded Elephant or a similiar "Times New Roman"
  18. All credit for the Idea of Tif Battle cards goes to "Cadburys Egg" along with the layout of the card. The card itself is made by me using the original cards for insipiration. Well Tif, I was just tidying up my "My Pictures" folder when I came across this little gem. Then I thought to myself, why not revamp this whole idea? It's a tonne of fun, brings gallery users together and has a chance to provide some lols. So I opened up MS Paint and worked away (over 9000 hours in ms paint) and revamped the old card design. So the idea is this. You create an image in the square, name the card on the top right corner, and create a special effect of the card. Graphics users aren't excluded either! Like doing abstracts? Why not do a trippy special effects card? You could even team up with a pixeler to create a nice sprite card. Theres tonnes of possibilities. Anyways, I will attempt to make one later but I thought I'd let you start this up. Please stick to the template I've provided, and the font's I've used are "Elephant" for the "Tif" and "Your Image here" and "Andy" for the "battlecards" Well, if your interested, start making some cards! No limits to what you can do!
  19. Thanks for the comments guys, bit of an update.
  20. Hey guys. Took up an order from an old buyer, who purchased a sig from me beforehand for 40 bucks. Anyways he's offering 40aud again for a new pixel sig so I thought I'd post the WIP topic here. I'm having a bit of trouble with the shading, but it's very early in development, some tips would be good. Anyways, here goes Update 1 - Update 2 - Enjoy
  21. Going over lines and thinking about costumes for a play im performing in soon for an drama festival in, 3 weeks I believe. Also adapting a scene from Clerks 2 for a monologue for my next drama thing, about to go to bed though.
  22. Jesus Christ sir. That is in no way a pixel, the colourcount is nearly 6000, and unless you plan to go over the hand with your own colour choices, which sort of defeats the purpose of badly digipainting the hand, You can't enter a PIXEL of the month competition. What defines a pixel signature is altering each pixel with the intention of crea....or something like that, I dont know. But what you've done is not it.
  23. Thanks guys. Got a topic on RSC in which I'm auctioning off a new pixel (a custom pixel to their liking) , at 45-50aud for it now, from a previous legit buyer :P
  24. I wouldn't say ignorant. People just don't want to waste their time with a pixel signature with someone who's going to replace it quickly, and due to the fact that pixels take time, people want to invest their time more wisely. The post count is merely a way of determining how often the sig will be seen and all that jazz and they determine whether its worth it based off that. You're still very much allowed to request, but as for recieving one, well that might take more luck.
