If it's not done by you why are you posting it? You did not site your sources and are trying to pass them off as your own work. How many times do you need to be told this. This must be like the 4th time you've done it. It's pretty clear what you did and did not do, sir.

Except when a graphics program does it , it is no longer a pixel. As for the latest piece, I'd work on picking a lightsource and then just getting a grip on how light hits various objects. Maybe draw a quick picture and go over it in white and black to indicate shadow and highlights. Once you get a hang of that, the shading should improve tenfold.

Pixelling is no where near as big as it was a few years back. Most frequent pixelers here nowadays suck, with the exception of Uno who's actually decent.

The noisy shading style doesn't work and makes the piece too busy.

Considering this was the last pixel you posted I believe you can do much better. Also, explain the AceJack Situation.

I'm just so gosh darned proud that it's not a photo of yourself made to look like a 9 year old. But seriously, this doesn't seem like anywhere near professional and looks like it was done by a twelve year old. I don't have much to say about improving, or what you are doing wrong, all I can say is it's terrible. But if I am mistaken, do go into more depth of what this will be used for, and don't use any artsy [cabbage] to try and glorify your job. I want to see how proud you are of something which takes little skill. Also great to see such a "professional" artist take critique so well.

To add on to what Jopie said. Brightening the whole signature ruins the contrast. The dark colours are great, but we just want the lighter ones to a) brighten the piece as a whole up, and B) emphasise the depth of the signature.

I'll probably throw something together, depends on the amount of entries. It's not worth it if its anything like last month when it was me against star in the sky... That's a fun competition.

The amount of times these have just fizzled out and died is hilarious. Unoalexi's December one never got judged and I don't think this forum has enough talent to make it really worth it heh.

Needs brighter brights. I'd either add a new tone thats a lot brighter, or adjust the brightest colour at the moment to be even brighter. At the moment it's too dark.

Thanks man, I appreciate that. At the moment, the idea of a Church of Awesome is looking more appealing. You have the option of Satire, a play on the whole idea of everything being awesome and epic win, and just have it about a bunch of awkward guys who are just ...awkward and have their occasional spurt of epic win every now and then.
