I belive that, if time travel existed, it would be impossible to change the past because anything that happens in the past already happened. Anything you do in the past is what you already did. Nothing can be changed, because everything is already the way it was. Does that make sense? It works in my brain, but doesn't translate to words well.

I have made a clay bust of visual effects expert and Mythbuster extrordinaire Jamie Hyneman. But first, let me show you how I made it. If you are only interested in the result, go ahead and scroll to the bottom of the post, but you're missing a lot! Here is the basic head and shoulders shape I started with. At this stage it doesn't look anything like Jamie. With a nose and the dents where his eyes will go. His trademark walrus moustache has now been added. With ears and eyebrows. This is where we start getting serious. Here I am hollowing him out so he won't blow up in the kiln. This also makes it a lot easier to add his eyes. Note that his shirt has been put on by this stage. One eye has been added, and the other is in front of him. You can see through the empty left eye socket into his hollow head. A view from inside the head, with the eyeball "plugged" into the hole. Now I just had to put the top of his head back on, and add his famous beret! This picture was taken after he'd been fired, so now he's solid and no more changes can be made. Notice that he's shrunk quite a bit. One part of him can't be made in clay: His glasses! And here he is, all done! Now I just need to make Adam Savage.

This can still stop it: Remember that protection only applies while a card is in play. Counterspell can stop anything, unless it says "[this] can't be countered."

That's a terrible cartoon. The Arrow'd Guy can fix it.
