You actually make more money buying ranarrs for 15k and selling the herbs. But farming that many irits should be awesome xp and fun.

You could also add the possibility of using bones to peaches, it works quite nice there.

Well minds really aren't expensive if you buy in rune stores. Also, if you start with about 2k(shouldn't be more than 20k in store), the chest will give you more than you use.

Not a bad guide, just not a great money maker for higher levels. It should help out some lower levels though.

Yes...as long as the staff is a slayer one. And I would only take 2 pots(you should use less than one, but it's always nice to have extra.
