Im 107. If you're getting pked, drop your pouches just before death, glory to edge and pick them up.

So true, I don't understand why rcers wear dhide, when they could just take glory, p pot, spottier cape, bronze pick.. The clever rcers do so and I get almost nothing from killing them. The dhide rcers are free stuff for me as I just tb them and entagle later (i rarely splash with 94 magic and around 100 magic bonus)

Your acc won't get permanently banned, just you won't be able to use it until you pay for 4 months. Credit card payments, paypal, pay by phone, sms and some others won't be available for this acc ever again though :(

This is permanent until you pay for 4months, using payment methods that CANNOT be refunded, e.g WebMoney, bank transfer, membership by mail and some others. You won't be able to use a credit card for that acc ever again, this has happened to me also.
